B INCLUSIVE

In 2023 we launched our B Inclusive CARE Strategy. This intends to provide a focus and framework on how we’ll continue to make Butlin’s itself an environment where all feel, not only welcome, but equipped and encouraged to aspire and achieve. Our strategy is broken down into four key areas:

  1. Celebrate and Educate – Celebrating our amazing team and educating ourselves to better empathise with both team and guests.
  2. Aspiring Leadership – We will develop our under-represented and diverse groups to support their progression into leadership roles – through training, strong leadership behaviours and working in partnership with Raise the Bar
  3. Recruit A More Diverse Team – We respect, value and champion diversity. We will work to ensure we interrupt bias wherever we find it and consistently review our recruitment processes to activity find ways we can recruit a more diverse team.
  4. Engaging Networks – We will create inclusive groups where our team can work together, with common interests and passions to help drive inclusion and belonging at Butlin’s. We will begin this with a LGBTQ+ Network and Women’s Network.
