So, you’ve booked your holiday. What next? There’s so much to see and do on a Butlin’s break, and we don’t want you to waste a single second of fun. That’s why it’s now easier than ever to plan and book your experience.

28 days before your break starts, the lead booker will be able to start booking shows for their whole party from 10:30 am via the Butlin's app. If you’ve booked an Early Access VIP pass, the lead booker will be able to book shows 3 days earlier (31 days before your break starts).

BOOKING ACTIVITIES

There are now 3 ways to book activities at Minehead and Skegness

1. Book your activities upfront to get the best availability - lead guest only

If you know exactly what you want to do and when you want to do it, the lead guest can book before you arrive via the app. The booking window opens 4 weeks before your break starts (3 days earlier if you have an Early Access VIP Pass), so you’ll get first pick of activities and timeslots,.

2. Book online a week in advance - all guests (including day visitors, caravan owners and their guests)

Seven days before your break begins, you can use our new booking tool 'Book My Activity'. How does it work? Simply select an activity and time, and pay directly. Click here to find out more.

3. Pay on the day - all guests (including Day Visitors, caravan owners and their guests)

If you'd rather wait until you arrive on resort to book, head to one of our activity booking points (you can see where these are located in the app) to see what’s available and when.

Please note, though, that some some of our activities may already be fully booked so if there’s something you’re really keen to try, or if you have a large group, we recommend that the lead guest purchases Activity Tokens before you arrive to avoid missing out.

There are now 3 ways to book activities, including those in PLAYXPERIENCE, at Bognor Regis.

1. Book your activities upfront to get the best value - lead guest only

If you know exactly what you want to do and when you want to do it, the lead guest can purchase Activity Tokens via My Butlin's or the App. Buying Activity Tokens before you arrive is the most cost-effective way to pay, meaning you can save more and play more at the same time. The booking window for redeeming your Tokens opens 4 weeks before your break starts (3 days earlier if you have an Early Access VIP Pass), so you’ll get first pick of activities and timeslots,.

2. Book online a week in advance - all guests (including Day Visitors)

7 days before your break begins, you can use our new booking tool 'Book My Activity'. How does it work? Simply select an activity and time, and pay directly. Click here to find out more.

3. Pay on the day - all guests (including Day Visitors)

If you'd rather wait until you arrive on resort to book, head to one of our activity booking points (you can see where these are located in the app) to see what’s available and when.

BOOKING GUIDELINES (ALL RESORTS)

Daytime entertainment: You can pre-book multiple daytime shows, there’s no limit to how many you can see!
Evening entertainment: You can pre-book a maximum of one evening show, running between 6pm and 9:59pm, for each night of your break.
Last-minute availability: If you’d like to see more than just your pre-booked evening shows, check the app from 10am each day of your break for any last-minute availability.
Activity passes: If you have bought one of our activity passes your activities will be auto-allocated and will show in your wallet on the app. This excludes the All-action pass which needs to be booked once you arrive.
Overlapping activities & shows: You won't be able to pre-book additional shows if they overlap. For example, if you have a show booked for 3pm-4pm, you won't be able to book another show that starts at 3:45pm.
Big Top Circus: We've made it super easy for you to add circus tickets to your break, simply login to My Account and add tickets. Circus show times will be auto allocated if bought before the booking window opens. Your allocated time will appear in the app’s wallet section under ‘My Activities’. If there is availability to move to a different showtime you will be able to do this through the app. Tickets can still be purchased once the booking window opens, but will need to be added through the Butlin's app or on resort, subject to availability.
Studio 36 and Centre Stage: Shows are bookable per person. Please note, you’ll be sat on a table of up to five guests (this could be with other guests outside of your party) or in theatre-style seating. A table in either venue is not guaranteed.
Reds: Shows are freeflow.

*Early access to booking slots for shows and activities is only available to guests who have booked an Early Access VIP Pass as part of their break. Early Access VIP passes can still be purchased after the booking window opens; however you will not have early access to book shows and paid for activities. Early access to our venues is only permitted for the shows you have a booking for. If you don’t have a booking, you won’t be able to access the venue until all guests with a booking have entered.

Please note: In Studio 36 and Centre Stage, you’ll be sat on a table of up to five guests (this could be with other guests outside of your party) or in theatre-style seating. A table in either venue is not guaranteed.

FLEXIBLE 'FREEFLOW'

We know that flexibility is important to you, which is why we’ve introduced even more freeflow options to our entertainment schedule. Not only are Skyline Pavilion shows, the fairground and Splash Waterworld all freeflow, but you can now enjoy our brand-new ‘Night at Reds’ experience without needing to book!

There’s no need to pre-book our freeflow entertainment – just turn up and have fun!

DINEAROUND DINING PLAN

If you've purchased a DineAround dining plan, you'll need to book your dining slots in advance for breakfast. You can do this via Plan My Day. We’ll send you an email once you can book. Please note, only the lead booker can book dining reservations for those in their party.

Buffet Breakfast will be available as follows:

Bognor Regis - The Beachcomber Inn, and on selected breaks in Papa Johns and The Deck
Minehead and Skegness - The Beachcomber Inn, The Diner and on selected breaks in Papa Johns

Please note, there’s no need to pre-book dining slots for dinner as part of your DineAround package. Please see our Food & Beverage section for more information.
