If you're seeing a "failed to get activities" message
, it's because our servers are busy. We're sorry - please keep trying!
If you're seeing greyed out booking slots
, this could be for a number of reasons. If you click on a slot (even if it's greyed out) it will tell you the reason why.
Our app servers are a little busy right now, so if you're experiencing some issues, feel free to head over to butlins.com/planmyday
and use our Plan My Day tool to book shows. Activities can be only booked via the app.
Please note: you'll still be able to view any bookings made via Plan My Day on the app, but if you want to cancel or make any changes to your bookings, you'll need to do this via Plan My Day, not the app.
