HOW TO FIND US

Here’s all you need to know to make sure you have a speedy and smooth arrival and check-in experience.<|}p><ul><li>You’ll receive an e-mail from&nbsp;6pm the day before you arrive to confirm your arrival information, including your allocated arrival entrance<|}li><li>You'll&nbsp;be able to arrive on resort from 1pm<|}li><li>When you get to Butlin’s, you’ll need to head to your allocated arrival entrance. It’s really important that you arrive at the right arrival entrance to ensure a safe and easy check-in<ul><li>PLEASE NOTE:&nbsp;<|}strong> For our guests staying in our new Maple Walk Village, please head to the Caravan Village and Day Visit entrance,&nbsp;NOT the main Butlin’s entrance<|}li><|}ul><|}li><li>Our team will direct you onto our drive through check-in, where your welcome pack and key card will be waiting for you. All you need is your lead bookers surname and photo ID ready to show our team<|}li><li>When you get to the drive-through, we kindly ask that you please stay in your car for your own safety and keep the noise to a minimum by switching off your engine<|}li><li>Once you’re checked in, you’ll be directed to your accommodation and the nearest car park. Don’t worry, there are lots of free on-resort parking spaces<|}li><|}ul>

If you&#39;re arriving by public transport, you&#39;ll need to head to the&nbsp;Main Entrance<|}strong>, where our team will be ready to direct to your check-in location,&nbsp;Green Baize<|}strong>.&nbsp;All Maple Walk guests, please head to the Day Visit and Caravan Village entrance<|}strong>.<|}p>

ARRIVING VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

To ensure a smooth arrival for all of our guests and adequate parking for all, Motorhomes, campervans, and similar large recreational vehicles, as well as any oversized vehicles exceeding standard parking space dimensions, are not permitted on our resort premises.&nbsp;Guests arriving in restricted vehicles must make alternative parking arrangements outside the resort. Our Resort Safety team reserves the right to refuse entry. Please be aware that we do not have any EV charging points available at our resorts.<|}p>
