Before you get busy packing, here's a quick reminder of what we're doing on resort to ensure we keep you safe, plus what you'll find in your accommodation:
Housekeeping: your accommodation will be fully serviced before you arrive and sealed with a sticker across the front door to let you know it’s ready for you. If anything isn’t quite right, you’ll still be able to contact our Guest Services team. Housekeeping will not enter your accommodation throughout your stay.
Towels: for environmental reasons we ask you to reuse your towels during your stay, but if you need fresh ones please contact our Guest Services team and we'll drop some off. If you’re not in when we deliver it, we’ll leave it just inside the accommodation. Towels are only included in selected types of accommodation; please see your booking for details. Please keep in mind to bring additional towels with you if you are planning on swimming during your stay.
Linen: if you require a change of linen on your stay, as with towels, please contact Guest Services and we'll drop some off. Once you have changed your linen, you’ll need to place it in the bag provided and leave outside your door for us to collect.
Tea & coffee: Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival alongside the facilities to make it in your accommodation. However, we will not be able to replenish the tea and coffee throughout your stay.
