Existing bookings:  If you need to add or remove dining, change your additional extras or change guest details, please log into your online account by clicking here where there will be no admin charge to make changes. If you need to upgrade, add guests to your booking or to cancel, please call us on 0330 100 6649.

 

Our phone lines are open 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note: there is a £20 admin charge to amend your booking over the phone and if cancelling then cancellation charges may apply.
