You’ll need to Book bowling and American Pool when you arrive on resort. All other activities are free flow, so you can just turn up.

HOW TO GET YOUR All-Action PASS
You can purchase your pass via the website when booking your break or simply add it on in My Account. If the option to add on passes is not shown in your account, this means that passes for your break are already sold out. Our customer care team will not be able to add passes to your break.

- At Bognor Regis, you'll be able to have one go on each of the activities above. At Minehead and Skegness, you'll be able to have one go on each of the activities above, then a bonus choice which gives you another go on one of the available activities.
Terms & Conditions
- Your final balance, including any add-ons or extras on your booking will require payment in full 70 days before the start of your holiday. Please note, if your break starts in less than 70 days, these items are non-refundable and fall within Butlin’s cancellation terms
- You will need to book your activities once you get to resort at one of our booking points
- If all of the activities on the pass cannot be booked, you will receive a refund for the value of the pass. Please note, if only one activity is unavailable, you will be refunded a percentage of the pass price
- If you’ve purchased more than one pass or more than one of the same pass, there is no guarantee that all your party will be able to book the same timeslot. When your break’s booking window opens, you will be able to change the time or day of your allocation in your wallet on the app (subject to availability)
- If an activity is cancelled on resort due to bad weather, our on-resort team in the leisure hub will try to move this to the next available session. If this is not possible, we will refund you a percentage for the activity that has been cancelled as shown in the above table.
