Never miss a moment of fun! You’ll be able to book shows and activities three whole days before our booking slots open for all guests, ensuring you’ll get to see and do everything you want. We’ll be in touch nearer to your break to let you know how and when to book. 

Bag the best seats in the house! For any shows you’ve booked, you’ll be able to get into our entertainment venues – Centre Stage, Studio 36, Reds and the Big Top Circus (during the Summer Holidays only) – 15 minutes before everyone else, every night of your stay.

 

You’ll be able to take your time when choosing your seats and get the whole family settled (and drinks on the table) before the lights go down.

 

Please note: If you book your break and Early Access VIP pass less than 4 weeks before you're due to arrive, our booking windows for shows and activities may already be open. This means you won’t get first dibs on booking slots but will still benefit from entering our venues 15 minutes before everyone else on resort.

Joining us for the New Year? You won't be able to pre-book your shows on our New Years break, but will still get priority access 15 minutes before doors open to your chosen entertainment venue.

You can purchase your passes via the website at the time of booking your break or you can simply add it on in My Account. If the option to add on passes is not shown in your account, this means that passes for your break are already sold out. Our customer care team will not be able to add passes to your break.

Where do I have to go?

 

Your wristband will allow you to enter our entertainment venues through special doors – our handy signs will tell you exactly where to go. Or you can ask a team member who’ll be happy to help.

 

Can I save seats for a friend?

 

Sorry, no. You won’t be able to save additional seats or tables for other guests who are not Early Access VIP Pass holders.

 

What do I need to remember?

 

Doors open 15 minutes before advertised, just for you. And don’t forget to wear your wristband before you head on down to the venue!

 

Oh no, I’m running late! What should I do?

 

Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to enter the venue, as long as it’s not full up – but those front row seats may have been taken!

Early access to booking slots for shows and activities is only available to guests who have booked an Early Access VIP Pass as part of their break. Full payment must be made 70 days before the break start date. We will contact you by email when you can log into your app to book your entertainment.
