We know how much you love our SKYPARK at Skegness, and now the UK’s most exciting playground is now open in Minehead! At an incredible £2.5M investment, there are thrills and surprises at every turn with brand-new features, an illuminated pathway, and a separate play space for tots.
And, just like our Skegness playground, our highly anticipated SKYPARK sequel will have six different zones to explore, each celebrating positive play emotions. Think epic climbing towers, intertwining light-up slides, a wheelchair-accessible seesaw, and the UK’s longest swing line!
We’ve also expanded the neighbouring Beachcomber Inn, so the grown-ups can grab a cuppa while the kids play.
FUN FOR EVERY CHILD
SKYPARK was designed with inclusivity in mind. Sensory surprises and wheelchair-accessible equipment enable children of all abilities to play together. There’s also a wheelchair-accessible trampoline and roundabout, a sit-up swing for support and sociability, and wheelchair-friendly walkways, ensuring no child is left on the sidelines.

CHANGING PLACES TOILET
We want all our guests to be able to enjoy their time at Butlin’s and use our facilities in safety and comfort. So, to make SKYPARK truly inclusive, we’ve partnered with Changing Places Toilet to install a fully inclusive toilet right next to our brand-new playground.
The Changing Places Toilet campaign wants everyone, regardless of their access needs, disability, or reliance on the assistance of carers or specialist equipment, to use a toilet hygienically and with dignity.
A Changing Places Toilet is designed to be fully inclusive and is usually around 12 sqm in size. It includes a height-adjustable, adult-sized changing bench, a ceiling hoist, a peninsular toilet, and a height-adjustable washbasin.
It can be accessed using guest RADAR key during SKYPARK’s opening times, remaining locked at all other times.
