How do I add tokens to my booking?

Simply head to <a href="https://www.butlins.com/account/login">My Account</a> and you can add tokens for your break here.

I&rsquo;ve bought tokens, how do I book my activities?

You&rsquo;ll be able to book activities 28 days prior to your break (31 if you&rsquo;ve booked Early Access VIP). Simply keep an eye on your inbox for an email for when booking opens.

I usually book activities on resort, do I need to buy tokens in advance now or can I still buy on resort?

You can still book your activities whilst on resort and pay cash, but remember, buying tokens in advance is cheaper than waiting until you get to resort.

I&rsquo;m a day visitor, do I need to buy tokens before arriving?

There&rsquo;s no need to purchase tokens if you&rsquo;re visiting us for a day, you simply book on resort as normal.

What activities do I need to buy tokens for?

The activities that can now be booked by tokens are: those in our brand new PLAYXPERIENCE - Glow Pong, Shuffleboard, VR-CADE, Escape Rooms, TechPutt, Laser Tag, Batting Cage, Neo Games and Digi Darts (from the 2nd September 2024),&nbsp; as well as Pottery Painting, Archery, High Ropes, Climbing Wall, Zip Wire, Skyline Gang Dance Academy, Mini Archery, Balanceability, Football Academy, T-shirt Designing, Pumpkin Carving and Festive Lanterns.
