Why have you introduced this QR code?
We're always looking at ways to improve your experience when visiting Butlin's. The introduction of the QR code will improve the service we provide.
When will I get my QR code?
This will be emailed to the lead booker the night before your arrival date and should be in your inbox the morning of your arrival date.
I haven’t got my QR code, what do I do?
If this hasn’t landed in your inbox (please do check your junk mail) prior to arrival, please contact Guest Services who will be able to help.
Can I share the QR code with others in my party?
Yes of course!
Does that mean I don’t need a wristband?
No, you’ll still need to show your wristband together with the QR code.
I’m not comfortable with technology/don’t have a smartphone, what do I need to do?
Please don’t worry, use the 12 digit number (below the QR code in your email) and present together with your wristband when ordering your drinks.
What if my child wants to go off and get a drink by themselves, do they need the QR code?
Yes that’s correct. The wristband and QR code both need to be presented when ordering drinks.
What if I lose the QR code?
Please contact Guest Services who will be able to help.

We found the pre paid drinks and food packages very useful as once paid for, you weren't thinking about what the next round or your next meal is going to cost you. Almost giving us a full all-inclusive feeling to our break.
