Lowest Price Guarantee: We promise you will pay the lowest price for your break. If the same break is offered for sale at a lower price at any time before you arrive on resort, you will be eligible for a refund of the price difference or a reduction in cost to meet the new price. The refund/reduction is subject to the break being for the same resort, dates, duration, accommodation, number of guests and any dining or add-ons you have included, along with there still being availability to book. The guarantee only covers the original break booked, applies to accommodation only and does not include our Dining packages. Third-party promotions are excluded. If you make amendments to your booking, this will void Lowest Price Guarantee (excluding name changes, address and contact detail changes). Refunds: full refund only applies within 28-3 days before your break. Any cancellations outside of these dates will be at normal cancellation terms and conditions. Amending your booking free of charge only applies within 28-3 days before your break in line with our coronavirus book with Confidence Guarantee. Deposits: From £10 per person deposit is only valid when using the auto-pay feature and applies to new bookings only when booking more than 70 days before break start date. Deposits are non-refundable and your final payment will be debited ten weeks before you arrive. Without Auto-Pay a £30 per person deposit will be required which is non-refundable and full balance must be paid ten weeks before break start date. For bookings made within 70 days of break start date, full payment is required.
