Terms & Conditions – Butlin’s and B&M Promotion
- Promoters
1.1 The promotion is jointly run by Butlins Skyline Limited (company number 04011665 with registered office at First Floor, Breakspear Place, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4TZ) (“Butlin’s”) and B&M Retail Limited (company number 01357507 with registered office at The Vault, Dakota Drive, Estuary Commerce Park, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8RJ) (“B&M”).
1.2 By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion opens at 07:00 on 8/7/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 8/8/2026 (the “Closing Date”).
2.2 All entries must be received by Butlin’s by no later than the Closing Date and time set out above. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
- Eligibility
3.1 Entrants to the promotion must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Butlin’s, B&M, their group companies or suppliers professionally connected with the promotion (and their immediate families) are not permitted to enter.
3.3 There is a limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Entrants must be eligible to enter and claim any prize. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible and the Promoters reserve the right to require proof of eligibility.
- How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must complete the competition form at www.butlins.com/competitions .
4.2 No purchase is necessary.
4.3 The Promoters will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to technical or other reasons.
4.4 Entries that are:
4.4.1 automatically generated, completed in bulk, and/or
4.4.2 altered, illegible or fraudulent,
will be disqualified.
- Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners(s) will be selected at random via a computer-generated process.
5.2 Winners(s) will be contacted using the details provided at entry within 7 days of the Closing Date.
5.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process set out above.
5.4 Each Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize
6.1 There will be one main prize with a maximum prize value of £2,000.
6.2 The Prize includes 1x three (Fri-Mon) or four-night (Mon-Fri) Butlin’s family break in 2026/27 for a family of up to four (2 adults and 2 children) at Minehead, Bognor Regis and Skegness. This includes Showtime and School’s Out breaks. Accommodation, Early Access VIP passes, Premium dining and All Inclusive drinks package is included in the prize, subject to availability. Accommodation will be gold apartment or hotel (Bognor only) based on four sharing, subject to availability.
6.3 The winner can add additional guests to the booking, subject to availability at the time of booking. The costs for any additional guests would be fully covered by the winner.
- Prize Conditions
7.1 The following conditions apply:
7.1.1 All dates, break options and accommodation for the Butlin’s prize are subject to availability.
7.1.1 The Butlin’s prize is a new booking and must be taken by December 2027. The winner cannot claim back the cost of a booking already made.
7.1.2 The winner of the Butlin’s prize must be the lead guest and be present on arrival.
7.1.3 For family breaks at Butlin’s, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 25 in the same unit of accommodation.
7.1.4 Booking and staying at a Butlin’s resort will be subject to Butlin’s terms and conditions, see butlins.com/terms.
7.1.5 Prize excludes, travel and other related expenses but does include selected entertainment and activities.
7.1.3 Each Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative which is of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
7.1.4 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Publicity
8.1 Each Promoter may publish or make available details of the winner’s surname and the county where the winner resides to comply with regulatory requirements.
8.2 If a winner objects to the details in clause 8.1 being published, they should notify the Promoters of such objection when claiming their prize. The winner however acknowledges and agrees that the Promoters may still be required to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
- Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be used to administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes.
9.2 Where entrants opt in to receive marketing communications, their data will be processed in accordance with the relevant party’s privacy policy (details of which are set out at clause 9.4).
9.3 Where entrants opt in to receive marketing from B&M, their data will be transferred to B&M for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

- General
10.1 Insofar as is permitted by law (statutory rights are not affected), Butlin’s will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Butlin’s or its employees or agents.
10.2 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts in a way that is unfair or disruptive.
10.3 The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary to do so.
10.4 The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it.
10.5 The promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
