Mike Godolphin is the Entertainment and Leisure Director at Butlin’s, a role he has held for more than 20 years.

Mike is one of the longest-serving members of the leadership team, having started working with Butlin’s as a Redcoat in 1990. After a short stint away from the company, he rejoined Butlin’s at the turn of the millennium in the role he holds currently.

A guardian of one of the jewels in the Butlin’s crown, his time in the post has seen him develop a varied offering that has included music festivals and beach football events, alongside our well-known, much-loved family entertainment.

Choosing just one is tricky, but Mike’s highlight of his time at Butlin’s has to be when he helped bring WWE to Butlin’s Minehead for the first time.
