Craig Goodwin is Resort Director at Butlin’s Minehead, a role he was appointed to in January 2024 from the position of Resort General Manager.

In this position, Craig sits on the Butlin’s leadership team and is pivotal in implementing our strategy on resort, a key part of which is building and developing relationships with leading members of the surrounding community and local authorities.

He has over 10 years’ experience of general management at multi-site and large single-site level. Previous roles include Club Director at Virgin Active Health Clubs’ flagship facility Chiswick Riverside Club, and General Manager at The Campus – an elite sports training village and wellness resort based in the Algarve.

The variety is what Craig enjoys most about Butlin’s. Whether it’s the people he works alongside, the guests, or the shows, the sheer range means no two days are ever the same.
