Andrew Leivers joined Butlin's in March 2025 from David Lloyd, where he was Regional Director. During his time with the health club chain, his crowning achievement was helping his region achieve the company’s highest member experience scores, simultaneously increasing profitability.

Andrew brings a wealth of leisure industry experience to the role having previously served as Head of Proposition Development at Away Resorts and Operations Director at outdoor educational and activities specialist Inspiring Learning. This is on top of holding general manager roles at a number of holiday parks and leisure clubs earlier in his career.

Football is something that has been integral throughout Andrew's working life. This began with a stint leading community development at Nottingham Forest followed by the role of Non-Executive Director at King's Lynn Football Club.

Andrew visited Butlin’s on a Big Weekender for a 30th birthday. After a fantastic weekend creating amazing memories with his friends, he now looks forward to helping deliver unforgettable experiences for guests visiting Skegness.
