Butlin’s publishes its 2024 Gender Pay Report

Hemel Hempstead, April 2025Butlin’s, the Home of Entertainment, has published its annual Gender Pay Report for 2024.


This is the second Gender Pay Gap report produced by Butlin’s Skyline Limited and represents a snapshot taken on 5 April 2024 of 3,614 team members.


Butlin’s had a small positive mean pay gap (2.5%) indicating women on average earned slightly less than men at Butlin’s last year. However, the company had a much larger mean bonus gap (23.4%) indicating males earned a higher bonus than females at Butlin’s.


This figure has significantly decreased from 2023 where its mean bonus gap was 59.3%, representing the improvements made over the last 12 month. Butlin’s median gap for both pay and bonus in 2024 was 0%.


Butlin’s is committed to increasing the opportunities for our team to learn more skills and earn more pay. Our multi-skilled roles known as ‘Team Member Plus’ have allowed us to develop the skills within our team and increase pay beyond the national minimum wage.


These Team Member Plus roles receive a rate of pay regardless of any other criteria such as age and length of service.
