Where can I find opening times for activities, bars, restaurants and shops?
Opening times are updated daily in the Butlin's app and can change on check-in/check-out days. Download the app and enable push notifications for up-to-date information. Times are not published on the website in advance as they vary by break.
How does buffet dining allocation work?
Your dining allocation will be sent to you the evening before you arrive - check your email or the Butlin's app. You cannot pre-book or choose your dining time; allocations are managed by the resort. On arrival, speak to the dining team if you have questions.
What can I hire from the Hire Shop? When are hired items delivered?
Hire Shop items include: towels, travel cots, bed rails, highchairs, buggies, wetsuits and sports equipment. A full price list is available here. Hired items and purchased towels/cots are delivered to your accommodation from 4pm (regardless of when your accommodation is ready).
