OUR VENUE
Set over two floors and covering nearly 50,000 square feet, this immersive indoor hub features nine state-of-the-art experiences for kids and big kids alike. That’s nearly 50,000 square feet of fun and entertainment all under one roof! We want your time here to be memorable and fun - so to ensure that we deliver this for all guests attending, there are a few guidelines and rules that we need you and your party to understand.
BOOKING PROCESS
Upon processing your payment, you agree to Butlin’s Terms and Conditions:
Night out bookings are made through our sales team and are subject to our Terms and Conditions outlined below. Contact us on 0330 100 9747 or email us at playxperienceenquiries@butlins.com for more information.
Butlin’s do not permit any purchased activity to be resold to any person other than named on the booking. The use of 3rd party websites and promoters is prohibited. If a lead booker is found reselling tickets to an activity booked at Butlin’s, the booking may be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: The allocated activities may not be exclusively for your party and could be shared with other guests.
SAFETY & SECURITY
The safety of our guests and team is our top priority. In the interests of everyone’s enjoyment and safety, all members of your party are expected to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to the venue. Our team in PLAYXPERIENCE reserves the right to decline a booking or ask you to leave the venue and our resort. Any guest who is seen to be under the influence of drugs; behaving in a violent, disruptive or irresponsible manner; causing nuisance to others; or responsible for any criminal or civil offence will be asked to leave immediately and their games terminated without refund.
Attendees are permitted to use PLAYXPERIENCE games, facilities and equipment solely at their own risk. Those present at the venue must comply with any instructions given by our team coordinating activities taking place at the venue or in relation to health and safety or security matters.
All guests must take responsibility for the safeguarding of any under 18-year-old in their care, and their personal belongings whilst present whilst in the venue and on our Resort. Butlin’s cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to an individual's clothing or personal belongings or vehicles parked at our resort.
OVER 21 FOR BOOKING
Whilst PLAYXPERIENCE is for big & little kids alike, the person making the booking and in attendance with their booking party MUST be aged over 21 years old and they remain responsible for communicating our Terms & Conditions pre arrival to all attending; by making this booking you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
At Butlin’s, we operate a “challenge 25” policy. The law has set a minimum age of 25 years for this policy and where it appears to the person selling the alcohol that the customer may be under the age of 25 years, ID can be requested. Because of this law, you may be asked to produce identification if you appear under the age of 25, to prove that you can lawfully purchase alcohol. We accept passport or driving licence only; any other form of identification, such as PASS cards won’t be accepted. Butlin’s reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to an adult if they’re accompanied by someone who we believe is under the age of 18 without ID.
LATENESS
Please ensure that you and your party arrive on time for your first scheduled activity at PLAYXPERIENCE, allowing additional time in case of adverse weather or disruption to public transport. Please refer to the published briefing times required on the games that you have booked as these signal the required start times. Failure to arrive on time may result in your game not being able to go ahead, unfortunately refunds for late arrival are not given. We will always try to work with you to find an alternative, however this may not be possible.
FOOD & DRINK
We kindly request that you do not bring food from outside to our resort. Papa John's and The Diner will be open for you to visit on resort if you wish to grab a bite to eat. Food is not included in the price of the Night Out package.

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your initial, non-refundable payment. Your payment options and schedule are dependent on your booking type and how far in advance you have booked.
The payment schedule and amounts are outlined on your booking confirmation & our website. For Night out bookings, the level packages require full payment at the time of booking, refunds are not applicable within 30 days of the arrival date. Pre this date we will refund minus a £20 admin fee from the total cost.
Payments can be made using a credit or debit card. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. If you book a visit less than14 days before the arrival date, the card that you made payment with must be presented, along with a form of photo identification, before gaming can commence.
REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking we will try to give you as much notice as possible. We will always work with you to try to find an alternative date and time that suits you and your guests, however if this is not possible and we need to issue a refund, we’ll return your money in the same way you made your original payment – back to the same payment card and may take up to 28 days to be received.
