Hemel Hempstead, March 2023 - Butlin’s Bognor Regis will host the final instalment of the three-part CHS Inspirational Venues Series (CHS IVR) on 20th and 21st March.
The CHS IVR Series is a series of events that puts buyers and venues all together in the same room across different venues in the UK. The idea is to provide a space for buyers and suppliers to build lasting relationships and share product knowledge and information.
Dan Elliott, National Sales Manager for Butlin’s Conference and Events said, “We are so excited to be hosting the latest event in this three-part series. I really enjoyed the events at Rudding Park and The Lakeside Hotel in Windermere and can’t wait for us to show off everything Butlin’s has to offer to everyone attending.”
The event begins with one-to-one appointments in the early afternoon, followed by an opportunity to take advantage of the fantastic facilities Butlin’s has to offer. The meeting session will be hosted in the resorts purpose-built Conference Centre, followed by dinner in The Firehouse and evening entertainment in its newest venue–Studio 36.
Elliott said, “We will be offering the usual meeting space and dining that you get from the CHS IVR Series, but we will also be taking everyone to watch a show in Studio 36. We want everyone to come and have lots of fun while they are with us and as the Home of Entertainment, we want all of our CHS attendee’s, buyers and venues to have a memorable time on resort. We want everyone to go away having had an amazing event with us, and lots of fun.
“The outcome we want from this event is for eventprofs to leave feeling super confident that they can hold an event with us at Butlin’s. So many people know us for our famous holidays and the heritage of the brand, however we have done so much work over the years to change people’s perception of the brand. This includes upgrading accommodation, offering new F&B options and now we have a world class venue in Studio 36 at each resort. We want people to get as excited as we are about coming to our resorts. I can tell people day and night how amazing our resorts are, but the benefit for us hosting events like this is that it’s not until people see it for themselves that they really believe it. If only I had a pound for every time I’ve heard ‘This was not what I was expecting’ or ‘I didn’t know you had all of this’!”
