GET TO KNOW CASCADA
One of the biggest dance-pop acts of all time, Cascada created the sound of a generation. This German dance act is best known for floor filling hits such as "Everytime We Touch", "Evacuate The Dancefloor" and "What Hurts The Most", with Cascada tickets selling rapidly across the globe. Cascada gigs promise all of their older classics, as well as music from their stint representing Germany at Eurovision in 2013 and recent hits for Eurodance fans all over the world.
CASCADA'S BIGGEST HITS
Cascada has a great variety of hits including ‘Everytime We Touch’, ‘Miracle’, ’Evacuate The Dancefloor’, ‘San Francisco’, ‘Summer Of Love’, and ‘The Rhythm Of The Night’, all of which are global hits. After all, Cascada has impressively dominated the charts in over 20 countries.
Impressively, Cascada’s global hit ‘Everytime We Touch’ was actually their debut. Producing such a showstopping debut single set the trio up for unmatched success in the music industry and they certainly did not disappoint.
‘Evacuate The Dancefloor’, perhaps the biggest hit from this list, was so big that it reached number 1 in the UK, surpassing Michael Jackson after his demise. Dethroning the King of Pop highlights how entranced global fans were with the contagious hits that Cascada produced.
Cascada’s album ‘Perfect Day’ saw the release of the single ‘What Hurts The Most,’ which is another one of Cascada’s top hits. This helped them further reign as one of the world’s top 10-selling dance acts.
All in all, it’s clear that Cascada’s ability to produce danceable hits with catchy tunes makes them the perfect act for Butlin’s Big Weekender.
CASCADA'S HISTORY
In 2004, Natalie Horler met Cologne-based producers Yann Peifer (Yanou) and Manuel Reuter (Manian), who introduced her to Cascada music.
After only a year and a half, they achieved global success with ‘Everytime We Touch’. This was a huge hit in the States. The group then released a multi-platinum-selling album also entitled ‘Everytime We Touch’. This album included the major hits ‘Miracle’ and a dance cover of Savage Garden’s ‘Truly, Madly, Deeply.’
In 2007, Cascada then released ‘Perfect Day’ which included ‘What Hurts The Most’. Two years later in 2009, Cascada released their third album ‘Evacuate The Dancefloor’ which achieved global acclamation. Another two years later, Cascada released their fourth album entitled ‘Original Me’.
Having the ability to produce three albums across four years highlights Cascada’s ability to produce a range of versatile music, all of which has impressed fans time and time again.
2012 saw their track ‘Summer Of Love’ take crowds by storm as its euphoric sound filled dancefloors globally.
Later, ‘The Rhythm Of The Night’, spurred on the lead singer Natalie Horler to an appearance on the German Pop Idol.
After this, Natalie Horler released the international ‘Best of’ album. From 2004 onwards, she has toured globally and produced various tracks.
Cascada’s most recent single is a collaboration with Trans-X entitled ‘One Last Dance’ which acts as a nostalgic look into Cascada’s epic past, obviously not forgetting their dance roots.
