HOW TO FIND US

The following steps apply to every member of the booking.<|}strong><|}p><ol><li>You’ll receive an e-mail the day before you arrive to confirm your arrival information, including your allocated arrival entrance<|}li><li>When you arrive, head to your allocated arrival entrance with your booking reference and this e-mail<|}li><li>At your arrival entrance, our team will direct you on to our drive-through check-in. Where possible, please advise your whole party to arrive and check in at the same time<|}li><li>Once you’ve checked in, you’ll be given a map which will help you find a car park near your accommodation village<|}li><li>ALL guests must head to the Wristband Collection Point at Skyline Pavilion once parked. If you arrive before your accommodation is ready, we’d recommend leaving your luggage in your car<|}li><li>Before entering the Wristband Collection Point, please make sure to have your photo ID, booking reference number and lead guest surname to hand ready for our team<|}li><li>Make sure everyone in your group has photo ID with them (passport, PASS card or photo driving licence). All guests are required to check-in with photo identiﬁcation, anyone without ID will not be issued with a wristband and will need to leave resort. 9 TOP TIPS FOR A SPEEDY CHECK-IN

If you're arriving by public transport, you'll need to head to the West Entrance<|}strong>, where our team will be ready to direct you to the walk-up check-in location and wristband collection at Skyline Pavilion.<|}p>

ARRIVING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

We need to know the full name, date of birth and email addresses of all guests in your party who are coming with you. Please note without these details your weekender is at risk of cancellation.<|}p>

GUEST DETAILS

Fancy dress is a big part of our Big Weekenders! Saturday night is where everyone comes together in their best-dressed outfits &ndash; there are some truly incredible outfits!<|}p>

We don&rsquo;t want to be the fun police but please remember when planning your outfits, we have a wide range of team members and guests from all walks of life on our resorts and we&rsquo;d hate for you to offend anyone. All we ask is that you use your common sense when you are planning your costumes.<|}p>

FANCY DRESS

We are committed to responsible drinking and will confiscate any excessive alcohol at the resort entrance or from your accommodation during your break and give it back to you at the end of the weekend. You may bring up to 12 440ml cans of lager, beer or cider or 6L of lager or cider in plastic bottles or a 3L box of wine per person or one (maximum 700ml) bottle of spirit per person. You may bring this with you on arrival to the weekend only, there is no re-entry with alcohol.<|}p>

Please be aware that for licensing reasons only drinks bought in our venue bars may be consumed in our venues. Also, you cannot take drinks from one venue to another.<|}p>

We have a zero-tolerance<|}strong> policy on drugs. Anyone found taking illegal drugs or any other illegal substance will be asked to leave our resort and will not receive a refund for any part of their break.<|}p>
