Thank you for supporting Butlin's and opting to use your original booking payment against a new weekend with us. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use your Butlin's Holiday Credit to book a Live Music Weekend online. To check your Butlin's Holiday Credit balance, please log in to your account, where your balance will be displayed.



If you qualified for a £50 Food and Beverage voucher, this is separate to the Butlin's Holiday Credit and will be given to you when you arrive on resort.

How to use your Holiday Credit

 

Step 1: Pick your perfect Butlin's Big Weekender.

 

Find your perfect dates and continue through the booking process as normal.

 

You’re just a few steps away from making memories on the dance floor.

Step 2: Log in or create an account

 

If you already have an account, log in using the details linked to the original booking. If you don't have an online account, you can create a new one.

 

For your Butlin's Holiday Credit to be linked to your new online account, please use the same details you used when making your original booking.

Step 3: Booking your weekend

Once you have logged in, you will be able to see your Butlin's Holiday Credit balance in the top right corner on the payment summary page. You can use your Butlin's Holiday Credit in full – or part payment – for your new weekend..

STEP 4: REMAINING CREDIT BALANCE

If the cost of your new holiday is less than the balance of your Butlin's Holiday Credit, the remaining credit will be kept in your account for you to book another new weekend.

 

How to create a new account

  1. Click 'Create Account'
     

  2. Enter your details. Please ensure that you use the exact same details you used when making your original booking, otherwise your Butlin's Holiday Credit won't appear in your online account.

     

  3. Click 'Continue'.

     

  4. You're all set up. Your Butlin's Holiday Credit will be visible on the payment page, in the top right corner.

BUTLIN'S HOLIDAY CREDIT: THE FAQS

What is my Butlin’s Holiday Credit?

  • Butlin’s Holiday Credit is issued when your break was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic or when enacting the Coronavirus Book With Confidence Guarantee.

  • In these situations, your original booking payment is provided as a credit for you to use against any future break up until 31 December 2022.

  • You can use your Butlin’s Holiday Credit online to pay for new bookings only. Any remaining credit will be kept in your account for future bookings.

  • You can check your Butlin's Holiday Credit balance by logging into your account. Your balance will be displayed on the landing screen.

What can I use it for?

  • Your Butlin’s Holiday Credit can be used to pay for a new holiday booking. Your credit will need to be used in full either as part payment of the holiday or to pay in full. Both options can be done online.

  • You can also use your Butlin's Holiday Credit to book multiple holidays together. This option isn't currently available online so please give us a call and we will be happy to help.

  • Your Butlin’s Holiday Credit cannot be used to pay the balance on an existing booking online, but please contact us and one of our friendly team will be happy to help.

How do I use my Butlin’s Holiday Credit?

  • If you already have an account, login using the details linked to your original booking. If you don't have an online account, you can create a new one. For your Butlin’s Holiday Credit to be linked to your new online account please make sure you use the same details you used when making your original booking. You can create a new account here.

  • Once you have logged in and are ready to book, you will be able to see your Butlin’s Holiday Credit balance on the top right of the payment page and use it to towards the balance of your break.

What are my payment options?

  • Your Butlin's Holiday Credit can be used to pay for a new holiday booking. If the cost of the holiday is less than your credit balance, you will be taken straight through to the payment summary page, using your holiday credit in full. Any remaining credit will be kept in your account for future bookings or you can request a refund.

  • If your Butlin's Holiday Credit is less than the full amount of the holiday, you will be given two payment options. The credit will be used in full as part payment of the holiday. You will then have the option of paying for the balance of the holiday in full in one single payment, or with the final balance due 70 days for family breaks/84 days for Live Music Weekends prior to your arrival date.

Will it expire?

  • Yes. You have 12 months from the day we contacted you to use your Butlin's Holiday Credit. You can use your Butlin's Holiday Credit towards any new break up until December 2022.

Can I have a refund on my Butlin’s Holiday Credit?

  • In certain circumstances you may be eligible for a refund on your Butlin's Holiday credit. This depends on the original source of your Butlin's Holiday Credit and the amount of credit that you have available.
