	<li>To Enter: Guests must have an existing booking and be the Lead Guest for the Fat Boy Slim all back to Minehead break on 8 &ndash; 11 November 2024 (or book the break at bigweekenders.com) before entering. Only the Lead Guest can enter into this competition, any entries from other guests within your party, will be void and not entered into the draw.<|}li>

	<li>All entrants will then be automatically entered into the competition to win their very own pop-up party in their accommodation. This will include exclusive DJ Set with Fishoctogan, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the 9 November 4pm-6pm.<|}li>
	<li>Entrants must have access to the internet, a GB home address, a working telephone number email address and have a booking for the Fat Boy Slim all back to Minehead break on 8 &ndash; 11 November 2024.<|}li>

Prizes:<|}strong><|}p>

	<li>There is one prize which consists of: a two-hour exclusive pop-up party during our Fat Boy Slim &ndash; all back to Minehead break. The experience will take place on 9 November 2024, 2-6pm in the unit of accommodation that the guests has booked as part of their break. This will include&nbsp;exclusive DJ Set with Fish56Octagon, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.<|}li>

Winner Selection and Notification:<|}strong><|}p>

<ul>
	<li>Selection:&nbsp;<|}strong>

	<ul>
		<li>The winning guest will be randomly selected via a computer process that produces verifiably random results e.g. a random number generator within 14 days of the closing date from all valid entries.<|}li>
	<|}ul>
	<|}li>
	<li>Notification:<|}strong>
	<ul>
		<li>The Winner of the pop-up party will be notified within 14 days of being selected (Thursday 24 October), using the contact details provided on entry.<|}li>
		<li>The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if a winner has not responded to notification within 7 days (Thursday 31 October), or if a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, an alternative winner will be drawn. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.<|}li>

	<li>Prize Fulfilment:<|}strong>

		<li>If Fish56Octagon can&rsquo;t be in attendance due to unforeseen circumstances, another DJ with similar credibility will replace the original DJ and perform as planned. All other details, including drinks provided and timings will remain as originally agreed.<|}li>

General:<|}strong><|}p>

	<li>In the event of a discrepancy between these rules and the details in the promotional material, these rules will prevail.<|}li>
	<li>By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these rules. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these rules, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry and|}or disqualify an entrant or a winner. If a winner is disqualified or unable to redeem their prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner, selected in line with these rules.<|}li>
