THE TRIPLE GUARANTEE

The Triple Guarantee is available to existing owners who part exchange their current caravan for a new or used holiday home at Butlin’s Skegness or Minehead. This offer is valid for purchases made between 1st September and 31st October 2026 and is subject to caravan availability. Owners who take up this offer will receive: Free site fees for the 2027 season, then site fees frozen at 2026 rates for the 2028 and 2029 seasons. A Guaranteed Letting Agreement (GLA) offered for each of the 2027, 2028 and 2029 seasons, on the standard terms of the Butlin’s Guaranteed Letting Agreement, for as long as the caravan remains under 7 years old. Letting dates must be selected annually by the owner in line with normal GLA process. Should the caravan reach 7 years old at any point during this period, GLA eligibility (including any Butlin’s sublet arrangement) ends from that point onwards; this does not affect the owner’s continued entitlement to fixed/frozen site fees or the warranty under this offer. A 3-year warranty on the holiday home purchased, running from the date of handover. (Note we currently offer 2 years). This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other site fee offer, GLA offer, warranty offer, discount or promotion. Any 2026 GLA credit ordinarily applied against 2027 site fees will instead roll forward and be applied against the owner’s 2028 site fees, as 2027 site fees are already free of charge under this offer. Should the owner sell, part exchange, or otherwise transfer ownership of the holiday home before the end of the 2029 season, all remaining benefits under this offer (free or frozen site fees, GLA, and warranty) will end on the date of transfer and do not carry over to any new owner or new holiday
home.
