Whatever holiday home you own, there is always memories to be made with the fun and excitement of both our family and big weekender breaks. Why not look at letting out your caravan when you’re away and let someone else enjoy the fun of Butlin’s?

Our Skegness Subletting Services

During the season there’s a fantastic option to let out your caravan. Please call the Skegness team on 01754 614444 to find out more about letting out your static by our professional team who have a whole host of expertise around caravans to let.

  • Full Flexibility & Fixed Income – you can let for just one break or all, it’s completely up to you. We now offer a Fixed Income Letting Service meaning finances can be calculated more easily 
  • We get the bookings – we have a well-designed & easy to navigate website, caravan reception, call centres & Discover Butlin’s for Holidaymakers to book with us 
  • No preparation for you – we’ll prepare your Holiday Home for your Butlin’s Guests arrival, including making up the beds 
  • Leave the welcoming to us – we will welcome your Butlin’s Guest, provide keys and entertainment wristbands along with any support your Butlin’s Guest may need 
  • No post-holiday cleaning – after your Butlin’s Guest departs, we will clean & prepare your Holiday Home
  • We’ll keep you up to date – we will update you as and when required or simply contact us at your own convenience for Letting updates 
  • We look after you – our on-park lettings, reception, accommodation and maintenance teams are focused on looking after you and especially your Holiday Home – we know how much it means to you
     

Please note:

  • Your Holiday Home will be graded by our Lettings Manager
  • Income will be paid at the end of the 2025 Season
