OUR BIGGEST YEAR OF INVESTMENT!
Nowhere else does fun and entertainment quite like Butlin’s. We pull out all the stops to make sure your break is packed with things to do, day and night, and this year is no exception. In fact, we think it’s going to be our BIGGEST and BEST year yet! When we say there’s no off switch, we mean it. We’ve been busy behind the scenes making improvements to all three of our resorts to bring you some next-level newness for 2024 and beyond…
Over the past year, we’ve opened Butlin’s SKYPARK and a new-look fairground at Skegness, launched Skyline Eats at Bognor Regis, and refurbished over 200 units of accommodation at Minehead. And we’re not stopping there. As part of a transformative investment project, we’re bringing you even more entertainment and activities, brand-new restaurants, another outdoor playground, and so much more to make your Butlin’s experience the best it can be.
And by ‘more’ we mean something pretty significant. While we can’t share too many details about what’s waiting in the wings right now, we can tell you that it’s super exciting and promises to raise the roof! We know you’re probably on the edge of your seat (we’re finding it tricky to keep schtum about it), but all will be revealed, so watch this space…
STUDIO 36
Our purpose-built venue was designed as a temporary solution to social distancing but, over the last two years, we’ve grown pretty fond of it.
Thanks to its size and scale Studio 36 has become the home of our headline acts at Bognor Regis and Minehead, and is ready to welcome them in Skegness, so we’ve made it permanent!

ACCOMMODATION AT MINEHEAD
Minehead will see a total of 400 accommodation units completely renovated later this year, offering a relaxing yet practical space with all the essentials needed for a perfect family break.
Choose our West Lakes Chalets for a splash of luxury or our Seaside Apartments for a spacious home-from-home. There’s rooms and suites too, so whatever your needs and budget, you’ll find somewhere you love.
BUTLIN'S SKYPARK
We know how much you love our SKYPARK at Skegness, and now the UK’s most exciting playground is coming to Minehead! At an incredible £2.5M investment, there’ll be thrills and surprises at every turn with brand-new features, an illuminated pathway, and a separate playspace for tots.
And, just like our Skegness playground, our highly anticipated SKYPARK sequel will have six different zones to explore, each celebrating positive play emotions.
CHOPSTIX
The Asian-inspired flavours of Chopstix are now at Minehead. Come and enjoy their ‘faster, fresher, tastier’ alternative to quick-service food.
PAPA JOHNS
Delicious news, fresh out the oven… Papa Johns is now OPEN at Minehead! Butlin’s is the ONLY place in the UK you can enjoy a Papa Johns all-you-can-eat buffet.
ACCOMMODATION
We’ve already refurbished over 200 rooms and apartments, and we’ll be giving another 200 units a makeover throughout 2024.

POWER UP YOUR PLAYXPERIENCE WITH TOKENS
Our huge activity centre in Bognor Regis is starting to take shape so, with the launch inching ever closer (2 September), now’s the time to grab your Activity Tokens and power up your PLAYXPERIENCE. Think of them as a type of digital currency that can be redeemed against any of the nine activities inside our immersive indoor hub. Load up and lock in some family fun!
SKYLINE EATS
We’ve cooked up something exciting! Skyline Eats is our new quick-service restaurant area and it’s now OPEN! Alongside Burger King and Costa Coffee, you’ll find sandwich chain Subway and noodle bar Chopstix.
FAIRGROUND
We’ve moved some of our Fairground rides and added new lighting and signage. The dodgems are in a more central spot and we’re paving the way to bring Little Stars Fairground outside.

MAPLE WALK PREMIUM LODGES NOW OPEN
Looking for a bit peace and quiet, but still want to be close to all the action? We’ve got just the thing! Maple Walk brings you the best of both worlds in a prime spot. Tucked away in landscaped gardens, our brand-new accommodation village is home to 128 well-equipped detached lodges, all featuring integrated appliances (hello dishwasher!), private decking and dedicated parking.
While the village may feel a million miles away, it’s just a short stroll to the Skyline Pavilion, our new Butlin’s SKYPARK and all our entertainment, activities, and facilities.
BUTLIN'S SKYPARK
The UK’s most exciting playground is OPEN! Designed to spark young imaginations, SKYPARK is all about colour, light, interactivity, and inclusivity. There are six different zones to explore, featuring epic climbing towers, light-up slides, sensory surprises, wheelchair-accessible equipment, and the UK’s longest interactive seesaw.
Plus, a café for the grown-ups. But the best bit? It’s included in the price of your break!
FAIRGROUND
Go again and again! We’ve transformed our Skegness Fairground with brand-new rides, a 22-metre digital entrance tunnel and a treats kiosk. Not only that, but we’ve also refurbished some of our existing favourites to give the whole place a fresh new look.
