The detail is correct at the time of sending. Agency commission is normally paid at 8% plus VAT on the net contract value. 15% plus VAT is an enhanced rate and will only be paid if an event is confirmed for 2024 (event date before 31st December 2024) and the enquiry is made from 1st September 2024, that there on after convert into a firm booking. The event must be for a residential event (minimum one night stay) for a minimum of 200 delegates. The commission is paid on all pre-contracted delegate packages, accommodation, food, beverage and room hire. The commission is not paid on incremental post-contract spend, AV, equipment (hired or resort) or entertainment.
