Update 15 October 2020, 9.30am: Latest government Three Tier restrictions
We can confirm that our resorts are still currently open and our breaks are taking place as planned. All of our resorts are currently in a tier 1 area and therefore follow the rule of 6, and the 10pm curfew
. We'll continue to update this page and our social channels should this information change.
If you're currently in a tier 1 area
, you're still able to join us on your break but we ask that you follow the guidance from your local authority and adhere to the rule of 6 and the 10pm curfew.
If you're currently in a tier 2 area
, you're still able to join us on your break but we ask that you follow the guidance from your local authority and adhere to the rule of 6 outside only, the 10pm curfew, and no mixing of households inside.
If you're currently in a tier 3 area or fire-break lockdown
, as per the government guidance, it is advised that you do not travel outside of your local area - therefore we ask that you do not travel to our resorts. Please call us on 0330 100 6649 to discuss your booking options.
If restrictions to your local area change before you're due to join us, our Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee
means you can amend or cancel your break with a full refund between 3 and 28 days prior to your arrival. Please call us on 0330 100 6649 if you're affected by a change in restrictions.
You can use the BBC postcode checking tool
to find out how the pandemic has affected your area.
Update 8 October 2020, 9.30am: Christmas Party and New Year's Eve breaks
Due to social distancing measures and the current curfew of 10pm, our Christmas Party and New Year’s Eve breaks have now become more family focused, where all the entertainment and activities are designed exclusively for families with children.
We want to make sure you have the best experience when you come to stay, so with that in mind, we will be contacting adult-only bookings to offer you some alternative options.
Unfortunately due to current government guidelines and the party atmosphere of these breaks, for the safety of all guests we will also no longer be accepting bookings of over six people (unless they are members of the same household or they are part of a household support bubble) and will be asking large group bookings to rearrange their breaks too.
We know there's nothing more disappointing than cancelled plans so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to make alternative arrangements and have something to look forward to in 2021. If your break has been affected, you will receive an email or letter from us asking you to fill in a form, or you can fill out the form now
. We will respond to everyone and we ask you not to call at this time.

Update 12 September 2020: bookings of six people
From Monday 14 September, the UK Governments have made changes which may have an impact on your forthcoming break.
Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept bookings of over six people in any accommodation, unless:
- They are members of the same household (ie family with over six people living in the same house)
- They are part of a household support bubble (ie a single person with a family)
We are able to accept bookings of up to and including six people from multiple households.
Please note that while you may not be staying in accommodation with another family but are on a break together, you are not permitted to join together in groups larger then six in either indoor or outdoor locations.
Find out more about the new law here
Update 8 September 2020: NHS Test and Trace
To help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we are legally required to record the contact details of all guests visiting our venues, for NHS Test and Trace purposes. We will ask you for your name and postcode. If you do not wish to share this information, you will be refused entry or service.
It's important for us to all work together to stop the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19). The main way we can do this is through prevention by social distancing, the use of face coverings, and washing your hands regularly.

It's with a heavy heart we're sad to say we won't be open for your PDC Darts Players Championship Finals at Minehead on the 27-30th November 2020.
Our PDC Darts Weekends are a place where you love to come to party, socialise and watch some amazing darts action.
