WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BUTLIN’S?

The answer is simple, Butlin’s gave me my very first break into the entertainment industry. I was a Redcoat in Minehead for two years and I’ve never looked back. I owe a lot to Butlin’s and that’s why I love coming back and performing here.

WHAT’S THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING AN ENTERTAINER?

It’s an honour to be asked this question because entertaining people is a joy, really. Hearing the laughter and applause is an absolute treat. I’m very privileged to be doing this and I really mean that, I’m very lucky.

YOU’VE BEEN A MAGICIAN, PRESENTER, RADIO HOST & ACTOR – IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN’T DO?

Well, I try my hand at everything, but the one thing that annoys me is I can’t play the guitar and I really want to!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE SHOW TO PRESENT?

I’ve been so lucky, from kids shows and primetime to Saturday night TV, but if I had to pick one, it would be ‘Catchphrase’ because it’s something I watched growing up and the team are amazing. Now I’ve said that, I do love presenting ‘In for a Penny’ and ‘Saturday Night Takeaway’. But I think ‘Catchphrase’ is at the top… at the minute.

DO YOU EVER GET NERVOUS BEFORE GOING ON STAGE?

The answer is yes, but once I’m out there, everything is alright. In reality, you’ve got to get nervous if you care about the show.
