Will you still have live cooking stations?
Yes, these will still be in place and our team will be observing social distancing while they cook
Will the grill be open?
Yes, the grill will be available as usual
Will I still be able to get table service?
Our retail restaurants will continue to operate a full table service and you will also be able to order through our B-Serve app
- or one of our team members will take your order as normal
Will I still be able to eat at the buffet, after the recent changes to government guidelines around table service?
Our buffet restaurants, Burger King, Soho Coffee and takeaways will also be able to operate in the same way as they have been since reopening this summer. For peace of mind, our self-serve will not be available for safety reasons - instead, food will be plated or boxed by our team. There will be no alcohol available in any of these locations.
Will the microwaves in the baby food section be working and will they be cleaned after every use?
Yes, microwaves will be working and cleaned more frequently by our team. Wipes will also be available for guests to sanitise the microwave before use
Do you have a maximum number of guests at any one time in your dining venues?
All our venues are following the rules set by the Government, and will have adequate space to allow for social distancing between guests
Will there be screens in between tables?
No but all tables and chairs will be socially distanced in line with Government guidelines
Do I need to wear a face covering inside?
Yes, face coverings must be worn in and around our restaurants, bars and cafés, and can be removed when eating and drinking at a table
Will I be able to sit anywhere around resort and eat a takeaway or my own food?
Yes you can eat around resort but we ask that you only sit down to eat where chairs are available and please remember to keep your distance from other guests
