Arrival & Check In
We've changed how we do a few things including our arrival and check in process, to ensure we can keep all our guests and team safe. If you've joined us before or you're new to the Butlin's family, here's what you can expect on your arrival:
Allocated Arrival Entrance
24 hours before you're due to arrive on resort, you'll receive details of your designated arrival entrance.
It’s really important that you go to the right entrance because we’re pre-cutting and sealing all accommodation keys before check in and leaving them at the allocated entrance to reduce unnecessary handling between our guests and team.
What you need to know before you go
Our team will be at your arrival gate 24 hours a day to greet you and direct you to your check in location. For speedy check in, there are multiple arrival entrances on each resort. You’ll be allocated an entrance and notified by email, or you can check the app, 24 hours before your break starts.

What do I need to have handy on arrival?
You’ll need a copy of your confirmation email and your booking reference which you’ll find on the app or on your email, and either a driving licence or passport to confirm your ID.
When can I arrive on resort?
You're welcome to arrive on resort and enjoy our facilities from 1pm. If you're arriving after 6pm, there will always be someone at the gate ready to welcome you.
What time can I check in, and when do I have to check out at the end of my break?
Your check in time will vary by accommodation; you’ll be able to find this information on the email you receive 24 hours before you arrive, or on the app.
How will I know which entrance to check in at if I don't come by car?
You'll find an entrance location on your welcome receipt, which you'll receive by email
Where can I park?
We have lots of free, on resort parking. Spaces can not be reserved but with fewer guests on resort finding a space should be much easier. Please see our resort maps or check out the app to find the closest car park to your accommodation.
