The Holiday Booking Shop in Bognor Regis and Minehead and Discover Butlins in Skegness is home of the Premier Club. Here you’ll find our Premier Club Hosts - their role is to answer any questions you might have and give you any information you might need during your stay.


I started working at Butlins in 1987 and I’ve been the Bognor Regis Premier Host for the last 6 years. I love working on resort it’s the best, as you can't beat the face to face contact with the guests - It doesn't feel like working as it's such an energising environment. I love meeting all my regular premier guests and getting to know the new ones as well. What makes my job so enjoyable is working with such a great team.

I’ve worked at Butlins Minehead for the last 21 years (I’m like part of the furniture). I started in 1991 in the resort safety team; from there I spent 6 years in Guest services before becoming the Premier Host in 2000. I’ve met some wonderful guests over the years who I love seeing year in and year out, I also love getting to know our new Premier Club members and making then feel part of the Butlins family.

I started in 2004 in the security department and then got the opportunity to work in the Holiday Booking Shop, this is where I first met quite a few of our lovely Premier Club Guests. Shortly after joining the Holiday Booking Shop team I was made Premier Club host. I’ve built such a great relationship with so many of our Premier Club Members over the years that it’s like having your friends coming to visit – It’s such a lovely feeling!

    To make sure that all your bookings count towards your membership, just give our contact centre a call and let them know that you’ve moved.

    It’s a discount that’s exclusive to our Premier Club members. As a member, you’ll get our lowest prices at your time of booking, plus an extra 5% off your accommodation cost after any other discounts have been applied. That means you’ll always get a better deal than anyone else booking at that time.

    All our Premier Club members will be able to access their accommodation from 3pm on any break regardless of the grade of accommodation booked.

    Yes you do. To make sure that all of your bookings are counted towards your membership, please use the same member of your family as the lead booker.

    If you book a Music Weekend, it will count towards your membership. You’ll also be entitled to all your benefits on that break (e.g. early check in, resort vouchers and 5% Loyalty Bonus).

    Yes they do.

    As these kind of unbranded promotions are already such great value, they will not count towards your membership level and you will not be entitled to your usual Premier Club benefits like early check in.

    As these breaks are not booked directly with us, they will not count towards your membership nor will you be entitled to your usual Premier Club benefits on a caravan break.

    Unfortunately not – the person named on the membership card is the only person entitled to claim  Premier Club benefits.
