Your upcoming break
Following the government announcement on the roadmap out of lockdown, we're excited to announce that we plan to reopen our resorts on 17th May.
We understand that you need more flexibility during these uncertain times, so if your break has been affected we'd like to offer you the following options. Of course we hope you'll still join us on resort, but if not, there are options to rebook, bank your funds or request a refund. We're asking you to complete a form to give us an indication of how you would like to manage your break.
We'll be responding to everyone in arrival order over three phases so please wait for an email to arrive regarding your break. Don't worry if you don't hear from us straight away - we will get to everyone and your options will be protected. Please do not call or email us at this time.

Option 1: Move to a different break in 2021
You can move your booking to any other break in 2021. If the break you move to is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, we will of course refund you the difference.
Option 2: Move your break to 2022
You can move your booking to the same break or to any other break in 2022 (subject to availability).
Or you can make your decision later. When you are ready, you can amend your booking any time in the next 12 months. You can use your holiday credit towards any new break up until 31 Dec 2022.

Option 3: Get a Refund
If you'd like a refund, please select the 'I need to cancel' drop down option on the form.
