IF YOU HAVE A 7-NIGHT BREAK
We are expecting to be fully open on Monday 21st February and we look forward to welcoming you.
You will be able to arrive from 1pm and access to your accommodation will not be before our published times of 3pm or 4pm, as stated on your booking confirmation.
We will now be automatically refunding you for the 3 nights of your break that you will miss. There will be no need for you to call - your refund will be returned by your original method of payment within 14 days.
Option 1: Move to a different break in 2022
You can move your booking to any other break in 2022. If the break you move to is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, we will of course refund you the difference
You'll just need your booking ref (see the top of the email we have sent you) and your phone number, and we'll sort that for you, so you don't need to do anything. You'll get a confirmation email once it's been moved.
To help us to get to your booking quickly, we ask that you provide us with as much information as possible, the break you'd like to move to, the dates, and if you'd like the same accommodation.
Option 2: Move to the same break next year at the same price
Option 3: Holiday Credit
Or you can make your decision later. When you are ready, you can amend your booking any time in the next 12 months.
You can use your holiday credit towards any new break up until 31 Dec 2022.
