So, you’ve booked your holiday. What next? There’s so much to see and do on a Butlin’s break, and we don’t want you to waste a single second of fun. That’s why it’s now easier than ever to plan and book your experience in advance using the Butlin’s Minehead app or by visiting butlins.com/planmyday.
You will receive an e-mail 14 days before you are due to arrive to let you know when you can book shows, activities, dining and your arrival time.

Hire Centre
Don't worry if something you need isn’t included in your accommodation. Essentials are available to hire from our Hire Centre, including pushchairs, hairdryers and more!
WiFi on resort
To help you stay connected during your break at Butlin’s, you can use our free Essential WiFi or choose to upgrade to our Premium WiFi for an additional cost.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Please note that your accommodation will be fully serviced before you arrive. However, if you need additional linen during your stay, you can request this from our Guest Services team on resort.

Your Arrival & Check In
Here’s all you need to know to make sure you have a speedy and smooth arrival and check-in experience.
- You’ll receive an e-mail the day before you arrive to confirm your arrival information, including your allocated arrival entrance.
- When you get to Butlin’s, you’ll need to head to your allocated arrival entrance. It’s really important that you arrive at the right arrival entrance to ensure a safe and easy check-in.
- We ask that you only arrive within your booked arrival time slot.
- Haven’t booked a time slot? You can still book a slot until 3pm the day before you arrive by visiting butlins.com/planmyday.
- Our team will direct you onto our drive through check-in, where your welcome pack and key card will be waiting for you. All you need is your booking reference number and photo ID ready to show our team.
- Once you’re checked in, you’ll be directed to your accommodation and the nearest car park. Don’t worry, there are lots of free on-resort parking spaces.
- Once you’ve parked up, there are plenty of luggage trolleys to help you unload the car and get your belongings into your accommodation. Trolley parks are located in or near the car park.
Arriving via public transport?
Please note: Railway companies will be operating a significantly reduced service on 21, 23 and 25 June due to planned strikes. If you are coming by train, please plan ahead and leave extra time for disruption. For more information, please see here.
If you're arriving by public transport, you'll need to head to the West Entrance, where our team will be ready to direct to your check-in location.
You'll be able to select your preferred arrival time, up until 3pm the day before you arrive by clicking below.
To change your arrival time, all you need to do is submit another form using the same link.

If you need help during your stay, our Guest Services team will be on call or available via chat on the Butlin's app. You'll find details of how to get in touch with our Guest Services team in your Welcome Pack when you arrive.
Have you provided your guest details?
To make your arrival quick and easy, we need the correct details of all the guests in your party as part of our terms and conditions. But don't worry, it'll only take a minute to update your guest details if you haven't done so already.
Simply log in to My Account and select ‘update my guest details' to secure your booking. To log in, you'll need your booking reference as well as the full names, dates of birth and the full address of everyone in your party.
