Holiday bosses in Bognor Regis are neither shaken nor stirred at the news that James Bond is dropping in this summer – they have already made plans to welcome Daniel Craig to Butlins.

Following news that Craig will be in town to shoot the next 007 film Skyfall, Butlins is making sure, if he has time between battling baddies and dates with sexy double agents, he’ll be able to pop into its Bognor Regis resort to recharge his batteries.

His favourite cocktail - a classic vodka and gin martini - is being added to the cocktail list at the resort and its spa has created an OOHeaven Hero Package for when cameras stop rolling.

Resort Director, Jeremy Pardey, said: "We are adding the classic martini to our cocktail list using a recipe from Bond creator Ian Fleming given in the first Bond book, Casino Royale. It’s a dry martini of three measures of Gordon's gin, one of vodka, and half a measure of Kina Lillet vermouth. It’s shaken very well until it's ice-cold, then we add a large thin slice of lemon-peel. But that is not all. The resort’s spa is also creating a special package of treatments that even the busiest secret service agent would find hard to refuse.

Said Jeremy: "Our Ocean Hotel Spa will be offering the OOHeaven Hero Package which is deep tissue massage designed for stressed out men, carried out while they watch their favourite Bond movie for added relaxation. The package also includes a men’s deep cleansing facial to revitalise the skin – perfect for an action hero with little time for sleep when he has to save the world."

Initially Skyfall – Craig’s third film as Bond – was set to be shot in more exotic climes such as China, India and Bali but news reports claim budget cuts are making them rethink and use locations closer to home, including Bognor Regis.

Said Jeremy: "Bognor Regis has so much to offer – just ask the 420,000 people who enjoy holidaying with us every year. James Bond is a welcome addition to the guest book."
