We will endeavour to update all information streams where possible with any changes.<|}span> Groups and Solo Season Pass Holders<|}strong><|}span> We reserve the right to refuse entrance to Season Pass holders on our family|}tots days out from: (i) all-adult parties over maximum number of 4; (ii) large bookings, including bookings where four or more persons are aged predominantly 16-21 and solo travellers unless visiting friends and family holidaying with us. On family days out, if there is anyone under the age of 18 accessing the resort they must have an adult season pass holder or day visitor with them and be a minimum age of 18.&nbsp;<|}span> Tots Days Out<|}strong><|}span> We do not accept solo season pass guests or all adult groups on our Tots Days Out unless they are visiting friends and family holidaying with us, and they must meet you at the day gate with their booking confirmation.<|}span> Lost Cards<|}strong><|}span> We charge a £50 fee to remake any lost or stolen Season Pass cards, and they will be recreated with the original expiry date regardless of how long is left.<|}span> Solo Season Pass Holders<|}strong><|}span> We are able to create a solo season pass, however, these will only allow access to our Butlins Big Weekenders and will be marked for these breaks only. You cannot access the resort during family|}tots breaks with these cards, and they are the same cost. You must be 18 years of age to attend a Butlins Big Weekender and bring photo ID as this is a licensed event. We are open 9am-11pm (1pm-11pm on Fridays) on Butlins Big Weekenders.<|}span> General<|}strong><|}span> Please show consideration to other guests and Butlin's team members and treat the facilities with respect. Offensive or illegal behaviour and excessive noise will not be tolerated. If season pass holders fail to comply with these rules, they and their party will be asked to leave the resort immediately without refund or compensation, and your season pass will be void.<|}span><|}p>Pets are not permitted on resort; only assistance dogs are accepted.<|}span> For the safety and wellbeing of our guests, not all facilities are available to everyone, and height, age, and weight restrictions do apply on all of our rides and activities.<|}span><|}p>
