The safety and well-being of our guests and team has always been, and will remain, our biggest priority. We’ve changed the way we do a few things, introducing a series of new and increased measures across every touch point of our breaks, as well as reducing the guest capacity on resort to ensure you have plenty of space to practise social distancing.

General Safety

As a standard part of the world we now live in and in accordance with the government guidelines, the following measures have been implemented to keep you and our team safe on resort. You'll spot signs up around our resorts detailing these measurements, too.

Use the app

While you're on resort, use the Butlin's app to explore our resorts and find out what’s on when. We're also legally required to record the contact details of all guests visiting our venues; you can do this via the NHS Test and Trace app.

Face Coverings

As per the latest government guidance, you're required to wear a face mask in all indoor venues, including the Skyline Pavilion, with the exception of medical exemptions, when eating or drinking at a table, or if under the age of 11.

Contactless Payment

To reduce unnecessary handling, we encourage the use of contactless payment whenever possible.

Hand Sanitiser

You'll see lots more hand sanitising stations placed around our resorts for you to use frequently during your stay.

Social Distancing

We have a one-way system in place in some of our shops and venues and you'll see signage around our resorts to help with social distancing.

Venue Seating

Seating and tables inside our entertainment venues will be positioned the correct social distance apart. We ask that you do not move the tables and chairs.

Lifts

We're only allowing one person or one household in a lift at the same time. Stairs will be accessible too.

Feeling unwell or have symptoms

If you're feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Coronavirus, please head back to your accommodation and notify a team member via the app as soon as possible.
