Online Day Visit Tickets:
Refunds and cancellations: Please note that tickets cannot be transferred, amended, exchanged, or refunded once purchased. We aim to provide all the services, facilities and entertainment as described on our website. Should it be necessary for us to make a major change to your booking, or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel your booking, we will try to advise you as soon as possible and provide the following options; - A replacement date comparable to the one you booked - A replacement date together with the difference in price between the replacement date and the original day visit booked - A full refund Please note that no refunds will be given except in the event that we need to close the resort due to unforeseen circumstances. In that instance we cannot be held responsible for refunds or any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation or any related goods or services.
Booking amendments: Please note that day visit ticket bookings cannot be amended once confirmed, and this includes; - Adding a new guest - Updating the details of someone already on a - Removing a guest Whilst every care is taken, children remain the responsibility of parents or guardian at all times, in all facilities on Resort. Any persons under 18yrs must be accompanied by someone over 18yrs to visit for the day or will be refused admission.
Proof Of Age: Persons under 18yrs must be accompanied by someone 18yrs and over to visit for the day. ID may be requested on arrival by team members. Accepted forms of ID are photographic driver’s license or passport.
Unexpected Changes & Closures: Butlins will endeavour to ensure that as many rides and attractions as possible are available for your enjoyment. We may however, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the resort, close or cancel any ride or attraction due to inclement weather or for technical reasons.
Resort Capacity: The resort has a capacity level for health & safety, as a result all tickets purchased on arrival are sold on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately any persons arriving after the closure of the entrance will be refused admission without compensation.
Just For Tots: These dates are designed for our youngest guests so there must be at least 1 child aged 5 or under in the family to gain admission. On Just For Tots dates day visitors are welcome from 10am till 8pm with last admission by 3pm.
Venue Capacities: Butlins venues are subject to maximum capacities set by the local Fire Officer, and as such, entrance to venues are not guaranteed.
Health & Safety: For the safety and wellbeing of our guests, not all facilities are available to everyone and height, age & weight restrictions do apply on all our rides and activities.
Group Booking: All group bookings must consist of a minimum of 20 people aged over 2yrs. The majority of the group must consist of children. All adult only bookings will be declined as the resort is themed as family entertainment. The lead guest for the booking takes sole responsibility of providing booking details as requested, collection of the welcome pack on arrival and distribution of tickets. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the visit date. If payment is not made the booking will be cancelled with loss of deposit. Additional persons on arrival will be charged the full price subject to availability.
Discounts: Multiple discounts cannot be combined e.g. 20% pre booking discount cannot be combined with Armed Forces/Emergency Services/Carers discount.
Splash Waterworld: All non swimmers under 14yrs and children aged 8yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only competent swimmers may use certain flume rides. Please be aware that loose items, including goggles, cannot by worn on the flumes.
Fairground: Restrictions and additional charges may apply on certain rides and other facilities. To meet certification requirements and maintain our ongoing improvement policy, all our funfair rides are regularly inspected and maintained by specialist engineers.They may be closed at certain times for work to be carried out. The operation of rides are subject to weather & height restrictions.
Children: Whilst every care is taken, children remain the responsibility of parents or guardian at all times, in all facilities on Resort.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on Resort; only assistance dogs are accepted.
General: Please show consideration to other guests and Butlins team members and treat the facilities with respect. Offensive or illegal behaviour and excessive noise will not be tolerated. If guests fail to comply with these rules they and their party will be asked to leave the Resort immediately without refund or compensation.
