How to claim your vouchers on a Butlins break
Step 1
Contact Tesco to exchange your Clubcard vouchers for Butlins Deals Tokens - you can either call Tesco Clubcard Rewards on 0808 100 0707 or visit Tesco Clubcard website.
Step 2
Once you have your Deals Tokens, decide which Butlins Resort you would like to visit then give us a call 0845 070 4738 at least 14 days before the break start date. Make sure you tell one of our friendly advisors that you'd like to redeem Tesco Deals Tokens and use your tokens to either pay in full or get money off the total price of your accommodation or dining plan. Then you can choose to add on any extras.
Please note: Deals Tokens cannot be redeemed against any add-ons, except dining plans. They also cannot be redeemed online at butlins.com. Breaks subject to availability, please book as far in advance as possible.
Step 3
Write your Butlins booking reference on the back of your tokens and post them to us:

Handy tip:
We recommend that you send your vouchers to us by special or recorded delivery as lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
Things to remember:
• Tesco Deals Tokens apply to the current full Butlins brochure price and cannot be combined with any other offer, including Butlins current discounts. Please refer to current brochure for the full prices, before any discounts, stated on this website.
• Reward tokens cannot be used on Big Weekend breaks.
• Reward tokens cannot be redeemed against additional extras such as spa packages or kid packs. They can however be redeemed against dining plans.
• You must have ordered and received your Deals Tokens before you book your Butlins break with us. Remember you must book with us at least 14 days before you wish to visit.
• The name printed on the vouchers must also be the lead booker on the Butlins booking.
• Check whether your holiday insurance covers the loss of the value of your Clubcard vouchers should you have to cancel, as most policies don’t cover this. Tesco Travel Insurance does offer a policy which covers the loss of Clubcard vouchers under an insured event. For details, phone - 0845 300 88 00.
• Deals Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard Vouchers and may be printed with your postcode.
