The Spa Experience grants you access to the main facilities in The Spa, you'll be provided with a robe and towel for your stay and also receive a gift of towelling slippers. Complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks are served during your session. 

Enjoy an indulgent one-and-a-half hour experience for £16 or a three hour experience for just £20, available anytime between 10am and 6pm (all sessions end at 6pm).

Sessions include:

• Hydrotherapy Pool
  Relaxing jets of water massage your limbs with varying 
  intensities and jet patterns.

• Crystal Steam Room

• Sauna

• Cold Bucket Splash
  Pull the rope and tip the bucket full of cold water on 
  yourself, invigorating and exhilarating

• Atlantic Storm Shower
  Choose from a light mist or tropical downpour laced with 
  essential oils

• 20m Swimming Pool

• Use of our well equipped Fitness Suite

• Relaxation Lounge

Or treat yourself to one of our treatments, which include eyelash and brow tinting, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials and massages.
