Win a Butlins break for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 2 – 14 years) sharing a Silver apartment on a Self Catering basis. The three or four night break can be taken at any of our Resort - Minehead, Bognor Regis or Skegness, for breaks starting between 31st August to 18th December 2009 (excluding breaks 23rd & 26th October).

The breaks are subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the current Butlins brochure. Accommodation is as stated, and is subject to availability on the above dates. They are non transferable, cannot be exchanged for other prizes and travel is not included.

Our prize-draw will close on 30th November and we'll inform the lucky winner shortly afterwards.

Terms & conditions

1.        The voucher is valid until 18th Dec 2009.

2.        Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.        The competition is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over. Only one entry is allowed per household.

4.        The competition is governed by English law.

5.        The winner is not entitled to any alternative prizes and the prize is not transferable to any other person(s).

6.        There is no cash alternative to the prize and it may not be swapped or substituted.

7.        Persons involved in the competition, employees of Butlins and Bourne Leisure and their families.

8.        The decision of Butlins will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition and its outcome.

9.        It is the sole responsibility of the winner to notify Butlins of their telephone number so that the break can be booked.

10.     By entering the prize draw, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules and the decision of Butlins.

11.     Butlins reserve the right to change these rules at anytime.

12.     Butlins reserve the right to amend, substitute, alter and withdraw the prize offered in the competition at any time. Any amendments to the date and rules will appear on the Butlins website in the terms and conditions.

13.     Payment of all applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the winner.

14.     Butlins will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person entering the prize draw.
