I think I have taken enough holidays in three years to qualify for membership. What do I do?

We will then contact you to confirm (if applicable) your membership.

If my membership level changes before my next holiday will this affect my on Resort benefits and discounts?

Yes, if you have been upgraded since making your booking you will receive on Resort benefits and discounts according to your new membership level. We will contact you, to let you know. However if you have been downgraded since you made the booking the cost of your booking and on Resort benefits will remain unaffected.

Where do I check in and collect my on Resort vouchers?

Each Resort varies, at Bognor Regis you'll be asked to check in the Holiday Booking Shop, which is located in the Skyline. You can collect your vouchers and free gift voucher (for Gold members only) from Premier Club Host Sandra Brooks or any other member of the team in the Holiday Booking Shop.


At Minehead you will be directed to the Skyline to check in. You can collect your vouchers and free gift voucher (for Gold members only) from Premier Club Host Bryn Newton in the Holiday Booking Shop which is in the Broadwalk.


At Skegness you will be directed to the specific check in for your accommodation at the main gate. Your vouchers and your free gift voucher (for Gold members only) will be in your arrival pack, which can be collected from your Premier Club Host, Neil Winterford, in the Holiday Booking Shop in the Skyline.


Premier Club vouchers are a benefit to our best and most valued guests in return for their loyalty through the years to Butlins. As such, vouchers can only be redeemed by the member who has signed for them. Vouchers must not be sold to a 3rd party. If vouchers have been sold for example via online auction sites, we will have no choice but to revoke the membership benefits of the member responsible for the selling the vouchers.

I went on holiday with a family member but was not the lead guest on the booking, does that holiday count towards my membership level?

Unfortunately not - you must appear as the lead guest on a booking to be taken into account for your membership level.

I would like to go on holiday with my family and parents, and would like to stay in Silver self-catering and my parents would like to stay in Silver dinner, bed & breakfast, is this possible?

Unfortunately you are unable to book different accommodation types on one booking and this particular request would have to be carried out across two bookings. As a result you will only be able to use your Premier Club discount on the booking that you appear on as the lead guest.

How do I maintain membership of the Premier Club?

Simply continue to take the qualifying number of holidays within a three year calendar period. For Bronze membership this is three or four holidays, for Silver this is five or six holidays and for Gold this is seven or more holidays. We will write to you once you qualify for a higher membership level.

If I am in the process of being made a member, can I still apply my 5% loyalty discount to any new bookings?

Yes, make your booking as usual. As soon as your Premier Club membership number has been received, your 5% loyalty can be applied to the existing booking.
