    Paying online is simple, all you’ll need is your reference number and postcode (or your login details if you have an account).

    The short answer is lots! The price of your break doesn’t only include your accommodation and breakfast and dinner (if you add a dining plan), you’ll also have full access to use our lovely beachside resorts and all of the following:

    • Indoor sub-tropical Splash Waterworld
    • Free rides on our traditional fairground
    • Unlimited rides for your tots on their own specially designed funfair
    • Sports coaching sessions (small extra charges apply for selected sessions such as archery and fencing)
    • Art and craft classes
    • West end quality shows every evening
    • Daytime shows and entertainment in our indoor Skyline pavilion

    You don’t need a printed copy of your confirmation. Just bring a note of your booking reference number with you, that combined with some personal information will be enough to check you in.

    We do not allow pets on Resort although we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. They must however be registered and we need to have a copy of the documents prior to arrival.

    Most of our accommodation is not on the ground floor. You can however pay a supplement to guarantee ground floor accommodation in most of our grades (this is refundable if you have a blue badge), please check when you book online or via our call centre.

    Yes! If you'd like to treat a friend or the family to a fun gift, Butlins Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £25 or £50. Please call our finance team on 01442 203541 to purchase. These vouchers can be used as payment toward a break with us or in many shops, restaurants and venues on resort. All Butlins Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    Yes you can. As a day visitor you are entitled to use all of the facilities at any of our Resorts during the day but will not have access to our evening shows. Opening times and prices can be found on our Day Visitors section of the website or alternatively please contact the resorts directly on the numbers listed below.

    When you arrive you’ll be given a guide to your holiday that will include a full list of what’s on, where and when. You can also create a plan for your break before you arrive

    Every day we offer 15 minutes of free Wi-fi for everybody visiting our resort. You can purchase an unlimited wi-fi pass for your break (3 or 4 night breaks £15 and 7 night breaks for £20 per device) available when booking online, through our Contact Centre or directly through your device. If you're staying in any of our Hotels or BlueSkies apartments then free wi-fi is included whilst around your accommodation.

    Absolutely not. We don’t think it’s fair to add credit card charges to your booking so we don’t.

    Once you’ve paid your deposit you will receive your confirmation that shows you what you’ve booked. If you’ve booked online with us you’ll receive your booking confirmation by email within an hour of booking.

    You don’t have to print your confirmation, all you need to do is present your confirmation email on your phone when you arrive on resort (or if you don’t have a smart phone, just bring a note of your booking confirmation number). If you choose a postal confirmation, it will be sent within 7-10 working days. You’ll also receive a final confirmation of your booking when you’ve paid your balance in full.

    We accept Delta, Visa and Mastercard on the internet and over the phone. Switch cards can only be used over the phone.
    (You can pay by cheque or postal order too).

    If you are booking your holiday 8 weeks or more in advance of the holiday start date you’ll only need to pay a deposit at the time of booking and you can spread the cost of your holiday by paying in instalments. To make it really easy for you, you can go to your account online anytime and make your payment (even if you booked through our call centre).     Many customers decide to upgrade, or change their holiday before their arrival date. If you would like to do the same please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 070 4757 (there may be a small administration charge for general amendments to your booking).     Babies under 2 years old are free if you bring along your own cot. You may also hire a cot for a fee of £10 (linen is not included). If a baby sleeps in a bed there is a supplement of £35 for 3 & 4 night stays and £50 for 7 night stays.

    All of our restaurants offer a brilliant choice of food and excellent service. If you choose a Food Court or Premium Dining plan, your restaurant will be allocated by our team on resort before you arrive. If you’d prefer a specific restaurant, please mention it at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    Yes you can but our dining plans are very popular so we can’t guarantee that there will be availability.

    Yes we do, just give us a call before you arrive to let us know what you need and our chefs will make sure you are catered for.

    Juices, squash, tea and coffee are included with our Food Court and Premium dining plans. These are available to purchase in the hotel restaurants when including Hotel Dining. All other soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are available to purchase from all our restaurants to drink with your meal.

    We love a party, add one of our celebration packages when you book and we’ll decorate your table and make a fuss of the birthday girl or boy.

    We're easy to find. Follow the A52 from Skegness to Mablethorpe. You can't miss us, we're just 3 miles from the town centre and well signposted. The main entrance is situated on the right on the A52 Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards Road. Just look for the brown signs to help you find your way. See who'll be the first to spot the Skyline Pavilion you can see it from up to 7 miles away from the Resort!

    If you're coming by train, a bus service operates between Skegness railway station and the Resort (a distance of approximately 3 miles). Please call National Rail enquiries on 0845 7484950 for train times. The maximum call charge for 0845 numbers is 2p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.

    If you are travelling to Butlins by coach please visit the National Express website to plan your route. You will arrive at our special coach park or the Resort's main entrance where we look forward to meeting you.

    As you are welcomed at the entrance to Butlins, Skegness, you will be guided to a free car park and informed of which check-in desk to go to by the Welcome Team.

    Don't worry if you arrive later than planned as you can check-in at Guest Services up until 10pm and thereafter at the Main Entrance, which is open 24 hours a day.

    You are welcome to arrive and start enjoying your Butlins holiday anytime from midday.

    Standard dinner, bed and breakfast guests – Can check in from 4.00pm in the Skyline Pavilion and access their accommodation from 4.00pm

    Standard and Silver self-catering guests – Can check in from 1.30pm at Oyster Bay check in and access their accommodation from 4.00pm

    Silver dinner, bed and breakfast guests – Can check in from 1.30pm at Starfish Quay check in and access their accommodation from 4.00pm

    Gold guests – Arriving by car – Can check in at the Gold Drive Through check in and access their accommodation from 3.00pm
     
    Gold guests – Arriving by foot – Can check in at the Gold Reception and access their accommodation from 3.00pm

    Premier Club guests – Can check in at the above locations from 1.30pm (Standard dinner, bed and breakfast from 3pm) and access their accommodation from 3pm

    Luggage can be left in your car or in the Left Luggage Office which is adjacent to the coach park (on Starfish Quay Village), until you have checked-in and collected your keys.

    Please ensure that you have a note of your booking confirmation number. You don’t need to print your confirmation, just a note of the number and some personal details will be enough for our team to find your booking.

    Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.30am in Food Court Dining and 8.00am until 11.00am in Premium Dining.

    In our food court restaurants, your evening meal will be served from 4.30pm until 7.30pm on every day during your break.

    In premium dining, your evening meal will be served from 4.00pm until 7.30pm every day of your break.

    To make your break as enjoyable as possible please ensure you have informed us of any special requirements at the time of booking, or call our Special Needs co-ordinator on 0845 070 4754. You can hire wheelchairs and electric scooters during your stay, which you can pre-book direct with the Hire Shop on resort, telephone number 01754 614408. If you would like a disabled facilities information leaflet to assist you with any special needs, please ask at Guest Services or call 0845 070 4754 in advance of your stay. NB: The maximum call charge is 2p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.

    Yes, and the beds in all accommodation will be made up for your arrival.

    Towels are provided in Gold accommodation and for anyone who has added maid service. They can also be hired for a small charge and refundable deposit from The Hire Shop on resort.

    Scooter and manual wheelchairs can be pre-booked from the Hire Shop on resort, call 01754 614408. Please note that there are a limited number available so pre-booking is strongly advised.

    Ironing boards and bath mats are available free of charge on request from your housekeepers office. Nursery equipment e.g. Pushchair, baby bath etc, can be hired direct from the hire shop.

    Yes, you will find a number of cash dispensers situated around the Resort (there is a charge of £1.25 for this facility). Cash back is also available in Spar supermarket, Toybox, Treasures, Newsbreak, The Outlet and the Sun and Moon pub.

    Please vacate your accommodation by 10.00am and return your accommodation keys to either Guest Services or the main exit as you depart. However you are welcome to stay on Resort and enjoy the entertainment until midday.

    On all school holiday breaks, it’s best to call ahead to make sure we have availability for day visitors as they are limited during these busier times to ensure everyone has a great experience.
