This lovely tot-friendly hotel is perfect for younger families. We've designed it with wide corridors and light airy rooms with plenty of space for buggies and cots. We've thought about things like cosy junior bunkbed areas and kids movies, and even arranged for your kids favourite TV characters and our very own Billy Bear to join you for breakfast.

Just imagine how excited your kids will be when you tell them that they’re staying at the same hotel as Billy! Kids staying at the Shoreline Hotel can join Billy just before bed-time for a special story and the end to a perfect day spent at Butlins.
As the weather starts to warm up, it’s great to be able to enjoy family time together outside in the open air. Kids will be able to build castles and mess around in our new sandpit while you relax.

Perfect for younger families, making your stay with Butlins really special for your little ones

If you’ve stayed at the Shoreline Hotel before, you’ll know that it’s an affordable luxury for you and great fun for the kids. We’ve recently introduced loads of exciting new features that your little ones will love.

The Shoreline Hotel is now the new home of Billy Bear where you can meet his friends like Bob the Builder at breakfast time and wind down with a bedtime story in Billy Bear’s bedroom.

To make sure you get a really good night’s sleep, all the rooms have separate children’s sleeping area, with junior bunk beds and their own TV and DVD, showing channels like Cartoon Network, CBeebies and Boomerang. We can also supply cots and bed guards to keep your tiny ones safe and secure.

We know what fussy eaters kids can be, so we have healthy menus from children's nutrition expert Annabel Karmel MBE. Our South Coast Family Bar and Grill has special kids menus, high chairs and crayons, and there’s a sandpit and play area outside.

Join your favourite Resort characters for breakfast. The fun doesn’t stop with the food! With visits from kid’s favourites including Billy Bear, Barney and Bob the Builder at breakfast time and fun new activities including balloon modelling, table magic and birthday sing-a-longs, meal times at the Shoreline Hotel are now a fun-packed experience that the whole family can enjoy together.

Kids will love chilling out in this new area. Packed full of comfy chairs this dedicated area will provide the perfect environment for kids to catch-up with new friends and swap stories about all the fun they’ve had on Resort!

Billy's our huggable wannabe Redcoat, who has a magical bedroom in the Shoreline Hotel that kids can come and visit for themselves. Or why not join Billy for a bedtime story; it's the perfect way to end the day and it’s supervised by our qualified nursery staff.
