How do I find you?

We're easy to find. Follow the A52 from Skegness to Mablethorpe. You can't miss us, we're just 3 miles from the town centre and well signposted. The main entrance is situated on the right on the A52 Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards Road. Just look for the brown signs to help you find your way. See who'll be the first to spot the Skyline Pavilion you can see it from up to 7 miles away from the Resort!

Travelling by coach or rail?

Why not let the train or coach take the stress out of travelling to and from Skegness and take advantage of one of our great travel offers?

By Train If you are arriving by train please visit the National Rail website to help plan your route. If you're coming by train, a bus service operates between Skegness railway station and the Resort (a distance of approximately 3 miles). The approximate cost of a single journey is 90p per person, please call National Rail enquiries on 0845 7484950 for train times. The maximum call charge for 0845 numbers is 2p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.

By Coach If you are travelling to Butlins by coach please visit the National Express website to plan your route. You will arrive at our special coach park or the Resort's main entrance where we look forward to meeting you. If you have booked your travel through us your tickets will arrive 7-10 days before you travel, not with confirmation of your holiday. Alternatively use the AA Route Finder found in 'Resorts' in the 'Location' section.

Where do I go when I arrive?

As you are welcomed at the entrance to Butlins, Skegness, you will be guided to a free car park and informed of which check-in desk to go to by the Welcome Team.

What if I arrive later than 9pm?

Don't worry if you arrive later than planned as you can check-in at Guest Services up until 10pm and thereafter at the Main Entrance, which is open 24 hours a day.

What do I do if I arrive early?

You are welcome to arrive and start enjoying your Butlins holiday anytime from midday.

What time can I check in?

Premier Club guests can check in from 2.30pm at any of the locations noted below.

Gold guests can check-in from 2.30pm with the Gold Host at Gold Reception (The Keys). Access to accommodation is from 3pm.

Standard and Silver guests can check-in from 4pm in the following locations:

Silver dinner, bed & breakfast - Starfish Quay check-in
Standard dinner, bed & breakfast - Skyline Pavilion
Silver self-catering - Oyster Bay check-in (Lakeside)
Standard self-catering - Oyster Bay check-in (Lakeside)
Fully Adapted accommodation - Guest Services

What shall I do with my luggage?

Luggage can be left in your car or in the Left Luggage Office which is adjacent to the coach park (on Starfish), until you have checked-in and collected your keys.

What do I need to bring with me to check-in?

What time are evening meals served for dinner, bed & breakfast?

Standard and Silver guests, your evening meal will be served from 4.00pm until 7.00pm on your day of arrival and from 4.00pm until 6.00pm for the remainder of your break.

Gold guests, your evening meal will be served from 4.00pm until 7.00pm every day of your break.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am.

If I am a self-catering guest where can I purchase food on arrival?

Our Londis convenience store on Resort is open until 10pm and there are a wide selection of restaurants to cater for every taste.

What do I do if I am a guest with Special Needs?

To make your break as enjoyable as possible please ensure you have informed us of any special requirements at the time of booking, or call our Special Needs co-ordinator on 0845 070 4754. You can hire wheelchairs and electric scooters during your stay, which you can pre-book direct with the Hire Shop on resort, telephone number 01754 614408. If you would like a disabled facilities information leaflet to assist you with any special needs, please ask at Guest Services or call 0845 070 4754 in advance of your stay. NB: The maximum call charge is 2p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.

Can we bring our pet with us?

We do not allow pets on Resort although we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. They must however be registered and we need to have a copy of the documents prior to arrival.

What if I have a problem on Resort?

If you have any concerns or qusetions, please speak to the Team Leader or Manager in the venue or area concerned. If any further assistance is required please speak to the Guest Services Team.

What do I get when I check-in?

You will receive your keys, a map of your village, details of your allocated room or apartment, a full Entertainment Guide and if you are dinner, bed & breakfast, details of your dining arrangements.

Will there be linen provided in my accommodation?

Yes, and the beds in all accommodation will be made up for your arrival.

Towels are provided in Gold accommodation only but can be hired for a small charge and refundable deposit from The Hire Shop on resort.

Scooter and manual wheelchairs can be pre-booked from the Hire Shop on resort, call 01754 614408. Please note that there are a limited number available so pre-booking is strongly advised.

Irons, ironing boards and bath mats are available on request from your housekeepers office. Nursery equipment e.g. Pushchair, baby bath etc, can be hired direct from the hire shop.

What nightlife do you have?

Centre Stage and Reds

Centre Stage, our fantastic show bar is where the majority of our evening entertainment is based. During busier breaks we will also open Reds, a second top venue. Centre Stage hosts spectacular production shows and live performances and Reds is an extremely versatile venue for comedy shows, bands and dancing.

Pubs and Bars

The Front Room combines the freshness of Costa Coffee with succulent, traditional sandwiches and wraps complemented by daring ethnic fushion. Ice cold drinks or long cocktails, along with an extended range of spirits help create a relaxed ambience to relish.

In Bar Rosso you can take your pick from cocktails, wines or beer all served inside the Skyline Pavilion. Green Baize Snooker Club offers free snooker tables and darts for lovers of traditional bar sports, plus lots of comfortable seating if you prefer to watch. Hotshots is a sports-themed bar where you can go ten-pin bowling. Play American pool and watch sport on the big screen. The Crazy Horse Saloon gives you live entertainment and dancing till late. This venue is open during busier breaks only. And don't forget to check out Jaks, our rocking over 18's bar, that also plays host to a great line up of entertainment, as well as a DJ playing well into the early hours.

Restaurants

The Sun & Moon is a traditional pub with a terrific, family atmosphere. It serves food like it should be including hearty breakfasts. Skyline Café is right in the heart of the Skyline Pavilion and is open all day serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches and hot snacks. Burger King has unique flame grilled burger and is home of the Flame grilled whopper, Chicken Whopper and King Fries. Finnegan's Fish & Chips, the 'plaice' to enjoy fish & chips, just as they should be, they also serve kebabs from 8pm each evening.

What entertainment is available for kids?

We have different free Kid's Clubs depending on the age of your children:

  • 5-8's
  • 9-12's
  • 13's - 16's "The Zone"
Activities range from stage school, treasure hunts, circus workshop and football coaching for the younger ones to DJ skills, TV presenting, film making and evening club nights at The Zone for the older ones.

Are there any cash dispensers on Resort?

Yes, you will find a number of cash dispensers situated around the Resort (there is a charge of £1.25 for this facility). Cash back is also available in Everydays supermarket, Toybox, Treasures, The Outlet and the Sun and Moon pub.

The closest Post Office is off Resort but less than a mile away in Winthorpe Avenue or just over a mile away at Ingoldmells High Street.

What time, at the end of my holiday, do I have to leave the Resort by?

Please vacate your accommodation by 10.00am and return your accommodation keys to either Guest Services or he main exit as you depart. However you are welcome to stay on Resort and enjoy the entertainment until midday.
