How do I book?

You can book your stay at the Shoreline hotel online by clicking the 'Book now' link on the righthand navigation on our hotel website. Alternatively you can book by visiting the Bognor Regis Booking Shop or calling 0845 070 4734. Travel agent and brochure booking facilities will be available soon. NB: The maximum call charge is 2p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.

Where is Shoreline?

The Shoreline Hotel is situated on the seafront at Butlins Bognor Regis Resort, on the south coast of England, less than two hours from London by car or train.

Can I bring my children?

Everyone’s welcome at the Shoreline Hotel – however, we consider those over the age of fourteen to be adults. Our bunk beds for children are 1750mm or 5’8” long and each room can sleep a maximum of two adults.

How many rooms are there?

Shoreline has 160 rooms over four floors.

What are the rooms like?

Our rooms are stylish and contemporary rooms include floor to ceiling windows, king size or twin beds, lounge space with comfy chairs and wide screen TV and DVD. They also feature individually controlled comfort cooling and heating, luxury bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, a safe and plenty of storage space.

All of Shoreline’s rooms accommodate a maximum of two adults, two children (2 – 14 yrs old), and one infant (0-2 yrs old). A travel cot can be supplied for an infant on request (£10 charge), or you may bring your own cot.

In addition, Columbus Quarters have either a partial sea view or a patio. Our grandest rooms are Nelson’s Staterooms with large curved windows, a direct view of the sea, and a private balcony or patio.

We are also pleased to say that all of our bedrooms are non-smoking. See the room pages on this website for more information and to take a look around the rooms.

Can I smoke in the bedrooms?

In response to our customers' wishes, all bedrooms in Shoreline are non-smoking.

What are the beds like?

All our beds have comfy and luxurious mattresses to help ensure you get a good night’s sleep after enjoying all the fun of Butlins. The bed in the adult part of the room is king size – some rooms offer twin beds instead.

The split bunk beds in the children’s area are 1750mm or 5’8” long and designed with kids in mind – they can see and talk to each other, watch their own TV and are tucked away in their own area to give you some privacy.

How many people can stay in a room?

Maximum occupancy is two adults, two children (2 – 14 yrs old), and one infant (0 – 2 yrs old).

What facilities are there at Shoreline?

Shoreline has an American Diner style restaurant, a lounge bar, a reception area, two sun terraces and landscaped gardens. In addition, our guests have full access to all the facilities of the Butlins Resort.

Is there a TV in the room?

There are two TVs – a widescreen for the adults and a separate smaller TV for the kids. Each TV also has a DVD player and DVDs can be rented from reception.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

The rooms have both heating and comfort cooling.

Where can I park?

There are dedicated car parks right next to Shoreline. Car parking includes disabled spaces and individual reserved spaces for guest staying in Nelson’s Staterooms.

What time can I check in?

You can check in from 3pm. Why not arrive early and enjoy the resort for longer?

What time is check out?

Check-out is 10a.m. on day of departure and you are free to stay on the Resort for the rest of the day.

Can I book dinner?

Dinner in Shoreline’s contemporary restaurant can be booked at reception and a sample menu can be found on this website.

Are there vegetarian options at breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Shoreline’s new restaurant serves great, freshly cooked, contemporary food – including tasty vegetarian choices for all meals.

Is breakfast available?

Generally breakfast will be available from 7.00am to 10.00am – however, times may vary to accommodate any special events.

We have two great breakfast venues – the hotel restaurant for a quieter and more relaxed experience, or, nearby Papa John's for a fun packed character breakfast featuring Bob the Builder and Billy the Bear.

Are there disabled rooms?

Shoreline has eight rooms specifically designed for guest with disabilities. We pay careful attention to their design and construction and hope to accommodate a wide range of requirements. Please call us to discuss your specific situation and to identify the room that best suits your needs.

Will somebody help with my luggage?

Trolleys are available for all our guests. Shoreline’s friendly staff are pleased to offer assistance to anyone struggling with their holiday luggage.

A special room menu is available to compliment the wide range of restaurants throughout the Resort. Items can be ordered from your room and will be ready for collection at the Bar.

Can I hire a cot and linen?

You can hire a cot for £10 – please request at the time of your booking. However, you will need to bring your own linen for the cot.
