• Booking online is completely secure so your personal information is safe.
• You can check availability online at any time - some of our accommodation sells out quickly so don't leave it too late to get the best for you and your family.
• Internet only offers - As well as giving you the same great deals you’ll find in the brochure, we also occasionally offer internet-only offers so sign up to our free e-newsletter to be among the first to hear.
• All you'll need to do is to log-in into your account (you'll receive log-in details when you book) and you can do it all from there.
• If you are booking a break 8 weeks or more away from today's date you'll only have to pay a small deposit of £25pp or more.
• You can then pay your holiday balance through regular instalments of the amount that suits you (the balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks before the start of your break).
• We accept a range of credit cards, with no extra charges for using them

• Immediate confirmation - Your booking will be confirmed immediately with a thank you page, giving your reference number. If you’ve booked online we’ll send your booking confirmation by email (It’s better for the environment that way). So you don’t have to print it, all you need to do is present this email on your phone when you arrive on resort or simply bring a note of your booking confirmation number.

How many people do we need in self-catering accommodation?

All self-catering accommodation is based on four people sharing, The minimum charge is four times the per person price. For parties of five or more please multiply the per person price shown in the price grid by the total number in the party. Minimum occupancy for an accommodation unit will always be charged.

Is there a supplement for single occupancy?

Please note there is an additional supplement for a single person occupying a dinner, bed & breakfast room. This does not apply to self-catered, where we always require a minimum of 4 persons to occupy a unit.
