How do I find you?

Simply follow the A259 coast road and you can’t miss us. We’re just one mile east of Bognor Regis on the Littlehampton road near Felpham Village. See who’ll be the first to spot the Skyline Pavilion – you can see it as you approach the Resort!

I'm travelling by rail/coach, how to do I get to the Resort?

If you're travelling by train, the Resort is just a 5 minute taxi ride from Bognor Regis station. And, if you are travelling by coach, you will arrive at the Resort's main entrance where we look forward to meeting you. Please note that only National Express coaches stop inside the main entrance.

If you have booked your travel with us your tickets will arrive to you in the post 7-10 days before you travel, not with confirmation of your booking.

Where do I go when I arrive?

As you are welcomed at the entrance to Butlins, Bognor Regis, you will be guided to one of our free car parks and informed of which check-in desk to go to by the Welcome Team.

What can I do if I arrive early?

You are welcome to use all facilities and start enjoying your Butlins holiday anytime from 12.30pm.

What can I do with my luggage?

If you have arrived by car please leave your luggage there until you have checked-in. If you arrive by taxi or coach then we suggest that you leave it in our Left Luggage Office in Guest Services (open from 10am-3.45pm on arrival days).

What time can I check in?

Premier Club guests check in outside Hotshots from 12pm (room available from 2:30pm).

Deluxe accommodation guests can check in from 2.30pm outside Hotshots (room available from 2.30pm).

For guests staying in Gold you can check in at the Gold Reception on Atlantic Bay 2:30pm (room available from 2:30pm).

If you’ve booked Standard or Silver accommodation your check-in desks will be open from 12pm outside Hotshots (room available from 4pm).

Groups can check-in from 12pm outside Hotshots (rooms available from 3:30pm).

How will I know which desk to use at check-in?

Please check-in at the desk showing the first letter of your surname.

If I am a Gold or Silver Premier Club member where do I collect my vouchers and/or champagne?

Please take your Premier Club membership card to the Holiday Booking Shop where your host will issue you with your vouchers and/or champagne.

What do I need to bring with me at check-in?

Please ensure you have your confirmation receipt with you, to hand to the Welcome Team when checking-in.

What if I arrive late?

Don’t worry if you will be arriving late, our Team at the main entrance will direct you to collect your keys.

What time are evening meals served for dinner, bed & breakfast guests?

Dinner, bed & breakfast evening meals will be served between four restaurants (Coral Beach, Ocean Drive, Coast and Yacht club) from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. Breakfast is served from 8.00am until 10.00am.

I’m a self-catering guest can I purchase food?

Our Spar convenience store on Resort, is open until midnight and there are a variety of restaurants and take-aways to cater for every taste.

A member of our party has Special Needs, when should we let you know?

To make your break as enjoyable as possible please ensure you have informed us of any access requirements at the time of booking and ask to speak to one of our Special Needs advisors on 01243 810099.

Wheelchairs and electric scooters may be hired for a small charge during your stay. These should be pre-booked with Shopmobility on 01243 830077. Please remember to book early, as there is limited availability!

Please ask for a special needs information leaflet on arrival at the entrance to the Resort, at the Special Needs Help Desk in the Skyline or ask Guest Services to assist you with any special needs you may have.

Please check-in at the Special Needs Help Desk in the Skyline from 4.00pm. On production of a disabled badge you will be able to obtain a temporary parking pass to unload your vehicle near your accommodation. From 9am on the day after arrival we have a very limited number of permanent parking passes, to allow parking near your accommodation for the rest of your stay, these are available at Guest Services.

Can we bring our pet with us?

We do not allow pets on Resort although we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. They must however be registered and we need to have a copy of the documents prior to arrival.

Will there be linen provided in my accommodation?

Yes and additional linen is available on request from the Housekeepers Office in your village.

Will towels be provided in my accommodation?

Towels are provided in Gold and Deluxe accommodation only but can be hired from the Guest Services for a small charge and refundable deposit. Please bring your own towels for swimming.

How do I know 'what's on' and what activities the kids can join?

On arrival you will receive an Infunmation guide with a full list of all the entertainment and activities that are on during your break.  If you want to check what's on before you go on your break then visit the "What's on" section of the website.

What nightlife do you have?

Centre Stage and Reds

Centre Stage, our fantastic show bar is where the majority of our evening entertainment is based. During busier breaks we will also open Reds, a second top venue.

Centre Stage hosts spectacular production shows and live performances and Reds, an extremely versatile venue for comedy shows, bands and dancing.

Pubs and Bars

In Bar Rosso you can take your pick from cocktails, wines or beer all served inside the Skyline Pavilion. The Swinging Shillelagh is an Irish-themed bar with outrageously fun Karaoke nights. Green Baize Snooker Club offers free snooker tables and darts for lovers of traditional bar sports, plus lots of comfortable seating if you prefer to watch. Hotshots is a sports-themed bar where you can go ten-pin bowling. Play American pool and watch sport on the big screen And don't forget to check out Jaks, our rocking over 18's bar, that also plays host to a great line up of entertainment, as well as a DJ playing well into the early hours.

Restaurants

If you fancy a treat then head to one of our hotel restaurants.  The South Coast Family Bar & Grill at the Shoreline Hotel and the Kaleidoscope restaurant at the Ocean Hotel both serve a range of tasty dishes.  The Sun & Moon is a traditional pub with a terrific, family atmosphere. It serves food like it should be including hearty breakfasts. Skyline Café is right in the heart of the Skyline Pavilion and is open all day serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches and hot snacks. Burger King has unique flame grilled burgers and is home of the Flame grilled whopper, Chicken Whopper and King Fries. Finnegan's, the ‘plaice’ to enjoy fish & chips, just as they should be.

What entertainment is available for kids?

We have different free Kid's Clubs depending on the age of your children:

  • 5-8's
  • 9-12's
  • 13's - 16's "The Zone"

Activities range from stage school, treasure hunts, circus workshop and football coaching for the younger ones to DJ skills, TV presenting, film making and evening club nights at The Zone for the older ones.

Do you have any nursery facilities for small kids

Yes! For under 5's our nurseries are registered and staffed by fully qualified NNEB-qualified nursery nurses. The nurseries are run on a session-by-session process, and all sessions are charged at £4.00.

Can I withdraw money whilst on holiday?

We have three cash dispensers; they are located next to Hotshots, in Reds Amusements and in Gala Bingo. Minimum amounts of cash back are also available from a number of our shops including Everydays supermarket and Newsbreak agents.

What time, at the end of my holiday do I have to leave the Resort by?

Please vacate your accommodation by 10.00am. Your keys should either be returned to Guest Services or placed in the box at the Resort exit. If you are in Gold or Deluxe accommodation please return your keys to the Holiday Booking Shop where your host will want to wish you a safe journey. However, you are welcome to stay on Resort and enjoy the entertainment until midday.

Is there somewhere safe to keep my cash and valuables?

There are personal safes in Deluxe and Gold apartments and safety deposit boxes are available at Guest Services from only £1 per day (plus £20.00 deposit).
