FAQ's

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Once you have paid your deposit you will receive confirmation. If you’ve booked online with us we’ll send your booking confirmation by email - it’s better for the environment that way and you'll receive your confirmation details much faster than by post. You don’t have to print it, all you need to do is present this email on your phone when you arrive on resort or simply bring a note of your booking confirmation number. If you do choose to wait for the postie, this will be sent within 7-10 working days. You will receive final confirmation of your booking when you have paid your balance in full, again 7-10 working days after payment.

What is included in the cost of the holiday?

How can I pay for my holiday?

We accept Switch, Delta, Visa and Mastercard on the internet and over the phone (you can pay by cheque or postal order too). If you are booking your holiday 8 weeks or more in advance of the holiday start date you’ll only need to pay a deposit at the time of booking and you can spread the cost of your holiday by paying in installments. To make it really easy for you, you can go to your account online anytime and make your payment (even if you booked through our call centre). How many people do we need in self-catering accommodation?

All self-catering accommodation is based on four people sharing. The minimum charge is four times the per person price. For parties of five or more please multiply the per person price shown in the price grid by the total number in the party. Minimum occupancy for an accommodation unit will always be charged.

Is there a supplement for single occupancy?

Please note there is an additional supplement for a single person occupying a dinner, bed & breakfast room. This does not apply to self-catered, where we always require a minimum of 4 people to occupy a unit.

What if I want to change my booking?

Many customers decide to upgrade, or change their holiday before their arrival date. If you would like to do the same please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 070 4757. The maximum call charge is 2p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.

Is there an extra cost for my baby and how much is it?

Babies aged between 0-2 years are not included in the minimum occupancy number and go free if you bring along your own cot. You may also hire a cot for a fee of £10 (linen is not included), if a baby sleeps in a bed there is a supplement of £35 for 3 & 4 night stays and £50 for 7 night stays.

Can we bring our pet with us?

We do not allow pets on Resort although we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. They must however be registered and we need to have a copy of the documents prior to arrival.

What if my friends want to visit me while I'm on holiday?

Why not invite your friends to visit while you are on holiday. Opening times and prices can be found on our Day Visitors section of the website

On all school holiday breaks, please arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment as over these times, due to the increasing poplarity of our holiday Resorts we need to limit the number of day visitors to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Can I visit Butlins just for the day?

We have many people wanting to visit Butlins for a day of fun. As a day visitor you are entitled to use all of the facilities at any of our Resorts. Can I get Butlins gift vouchers?

Yes! If you'd like to treat a friend or the family to a fun gift, Butlins vouchers are available in £10, £25 or £50. Please call 0845 070 4757 to buy. How do I get a job at Butlins?
