All our team members on Resort, from the gardener to the Resort Director, the chefs and the Redcoats are here to ensure your kids have a magical time and that you have a relaxing break.

Jeremy Pardey
Resort Director, Bognor Regis
I’ve been Resort Director at Bognor Regis for nearly 2 years. I work with a really great team at the Resort and I love being out and about on Resort with our guests. I’m very happy if people come and say hello.
Laszlo Zsedely
Pizza Chef, Papa John’s Bognor Regis
The two key things vital to the perfect pizza are fresh dough and fresh ingredients. My favourite part of the cooking process is probably slapping the pizzas, which is the process of making the dough into a pizza base from a round ball.
Steven Bond
Gardener, Bognor Regis
I’ve been with Butlins for 15 years. I like working outside and gardens are a big part of Butlins. We get loads of comments on how good the gardens look and how much people love the flowers. I’ve even given gardening advice to guests!
Redcoat Roni
Bognor Regis
I've had more lovely moments than I can remember. Getting a shy child to laugh can make my day and I love walking around with one of our characters and seeing the look of wonder in children’s faces when they meet their heroes.

Julian Highfield
Resort Director, Minehead
I’ve been Resort Director for 18 months but have lived in Minehead for 10 years. I’m lucky to have a brilliant team here, there are at least 100 people with more than 25 years’ service so it must be a good place to work.
Krzysztof Stoj
Chef at the Yacht Club, Minehead
I really enjoy the process of cooking – just the simple act of cutting up vegetables, mixing sauces, adding spice. It’s very satisfying to see people enjoying the roasts I cook. Sometimes people tell me how much they liked the food.
Steve Borthwick
Entertainments Technical Manager, Minehead
I look after the technicians who put on the Butlins shows. I make sure everyone is where they should be and that they’ve got everything they need to do their jobs. When we produce a fabulous show it’s a great feeling.
Redcoat Chloe
Minehead
I left Bournville in Birmingham to become a Redcoat. My favourite moments are when kids recognise you – they’re so exciting to work with as you just never know what they day ahead will entail and it’s always great fun.

Chris Baron
Resort Director, Skegness
I’m Skegness born and bred and have been with Butlins for 19 years. I like that I can walk out of my office and see happy guests wandering around – it makes all the planning and hard work worthwhile.
Jason Birch
Head Chef at the Yacht Club, Skegness
I love experimenting and creating new dishes. I also enjoy the fiddly things like garnishes and making food look pretty; of course it has to taste good too! I look after chef training on Resort but you’ll often see me cooking at the wok station.
Patricia Howard
Team Leader, Splash Waterworld, Skegness
Butlins trained me and I did a National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification too. We still train once a week. There are always 18 to 25 of us by the pool at any one time. Splash Waterworld is a great place to work. We’ve got something for all ages – people come every day of their holiday!
Redcoat Deano
Skegness
I holidayed in Minehead when I was little, saw how much fun the Redcoats were having and knew I wanted to be one! I’ll never forget the first time I put my Redcoat jacket on. It’s so rewarding to know I’ve helped make someone’s holiday special.
